Did he pay the mortgage? It looks like he didn’t.

Consider the other side. Suppose you lent somebody money. You want to get paid back, with interest. If you didn’t want to get paid back, you would not have loaned the money; you would have given it as a gift. But you loaned it. When you don’t get paid back, you take a loss. Sometimes you take a huge loss. Nobody wants to take a loss.

If this man didn’t pay his mortgage, on time, then I don’t have sympathy for him. I have sympathy instead for the person who loaned him the money.

Consider what the Bible says (Psalm 37:21):
The wicked borroweth, and payeth not again,
but the righteous sheweth mercy, and giveth.

If this man didn’t pay back the mortgage, and he could have, then he is wicked. He is a thief. May God have mercy on him.

Do not construe my comments as supporting the banks.

Central Banking is essentially legalized counterfeiting, and just like the law permitting abortions doesn’t make abortion morally acceptable (it is still murder no matter what the laws say), a law permitting the Central Bank (Federal Reserve) to create money out of thin air doesn’t make it right. Counterfeiting is immoral; it is theft.

Fractional Reserve Banking is essentially legalized fraud. Fractional Reserve Banking creates multiple claims to the very same money. If any other business did what banks are allowed to do, they would be convicted and put in prison. Because the immorality is enshrined into the banking system through the laws, I have no sympathy for bankers either. They are also a den of thieves. (Read “The Creature from Jekyll Island” to learn how banking really works.)

As a society, we are in decline because of our rampant immorality. This includes abuse of power by the police, but it also includes outright theft by the entire banking industry. Two wrongs don’t make a right. So those who do not pay back what they owe, when they can, are also guilty of theft. Our entire society has degraded to the point where almost all of us are purposely being immoral, and doing anything to benefit ourselves no matter how much it hurts anybody else.

We are getting the government that (most of us) deserve.

When a bank forges documents because they have no claim on the place, because the deal was set up as a fraud to begin with to trade on the derivatives market, and they get caught in the fraud that is national story, they should win the place anyways? Or should the homeowner, who discovers the fraud against property law since 1641, get the contract fraudsters punished by the well standing triple damages award for contract fraud? When the Sheriff has been shown the contract fraud, because it is BIG news being investigated by AG Martha Coakley and South Essex Registry of Deeds, should they be a check and balance in the system like skool teaches, or just hide their name tags and threaten force to remove the people and give it to fraudsters? I won the house in court, I proved beyond a shadow of a doubt the bank didn’t own it, I proved the fraud that should have come with clean title and triple damages to me!! Anonymous, you wrote a lot of words for not knowing shit.
