Keep Doing Your Job Without Question Officers…..

And this is more of what you can expect.

From the video source: “During a routine arrest in Baltimore city a middle aged white guy comes to the rescue of a citizen in need. Then the cops kick him in the face and try to gouge his eyes out.”

People are starting to fight back… they wont stand for that.

  2. 1605 says:

Haha!! Those cops were CONFUSED and FRIGHTENED… Nothing they learned at the “academy” prepared them for that, hell the kick to the face was probably the most effective move Mr Magoo had in his arsenal. THIS is what will happen when we ALL turn on the few! Damn that was a sweet video. Good job to the videographer for staying with the scene. I think it’s funny that the guy with the camera was told to back up but pedestrians were crossing the street just feet from the scene. Cameras are the new gun! And sneak punches from unassuming white guys in black neighborhoods… Haha!!

  3. t. says:

Hoe that idiot went to the e.r. before he got ‘caged’-

Unfortunately that is what happens when the appropriate level of force isn’t used. If your gonna arrest him, arrest him. If there is resistance, overcome it quickly. The poor assaulted officer was let down by his back up. He should have been watching the crowd and decked that guy long before he got that close.

The harder you resist lawful arrests, the harder itnismon you and everyone. But its your right to keep making bad choices.

  4. paschn says:

The things cops are allowed to get away with is outrageous, how outrageous is it for them to crush us and our constitutional rights for filth like this? More importantly, would you vote for something like this and would it matter? Remember, electronic ballot machines and slick tricks to void votes got us 9/11/Iraq/Afghanistan/Pakistan….since the CIA slithered into Afghanistan, Heroine from there to this country has exploded from +/- 7% to 70%.

    http://www.brasschecktv.com/videos/campaign-2012/mitt-romney-and-his-offshore-bank-accounts.html

Remember this; Rather than showing outrage at the Republican theft of an election, members of that party, (by the millions), thought it was “cute” that Bush pulled it off.

  5. Lurker says:

unfortunately it looks like the officers didn’t use enough force initially and then had to deal with jackass who interfered with a lawful arrest.

  6. Artie says:

@t.: hope you need to visit the e.r. too, and soon.

  7. paul says:

In this case the guy got off easy. He actively attacked an officer. This isnt a case of a person complying and getting the crap kicked out of them by a thug cop. Not knowing the whole situation it sure seemed they were a bit lazy getting this guy cuffed. And the guy that attcked them I would whoop his ass if it was me. So he got off easy.

I would vote for all that and will this November. Electronic ballot machines will get rid of many shit stained scum like yourself from Washington including the head Commie. Bush saved us from terrorists while Obama is in bed with them–when he is not hobnobbing with socialists. You drooling idiots can’t even spell heroin. Romney will stop your stupidity right in its tracks and reverse it while giving you the finger at the same time. Just shoot yourself now. You’ll raise the IQ of your whole county and make everyone around you celebrate which they otherwise couldn’t do until the Obamination is over.

  9. Jet says:

How is this ‘not enough force’? They had him prone, on his belly with his arms controlled behind him. What more force did they need? I would say they had the situation of the first ‘arrestee’ well under control.
I don’t know why the other man thought he had to walk up and assault the officers. It certainly didn’t look like police brutality to me, which is the only justifiable (though hardly legal) reason to do so. They weren’t tasing the man, spraying him with pepper or beating him, merely handcuffing him.
Not that that excuses the third officer from kicking him etc, of course.

  10. Mike says:

Without knowing what the original guy being arrested was being arrested for it is hard to know who to root for in the video. How do we know the original guy wasn’t being arrested for a violent crime?

  11. paschn says:

“No bacon”…your troll moniker says it all. How could any bonafide member of the Goyim support a type of ruling class that uses underhanded tactics to help bleed their country into oblivion?
    That would, in all likelyhood be a member of the “Tribe” behind all the chaos, treachery and treason. A member of the “tribe” that stole elections and set Bush into power, that has time and time again, infiltrated, corrupted and brought down decent nations just to step back and watch the victims destroy one another, continue bleeding them until they’re dry and slither off to another uwitting “host” nation. The tribe has one helluva resume’ in recent times;

    Russia
    Germany
    Ukraine
    Turkey et al

A tribe so filled with seething hatred for all mankind not a member that you literally hate your own, just not quite enough to manipulate each other into extinction.

    Remember the USS Liberty.

  12. DavidLister says:

Someone needs to teach those cops how to fight.

The kick might be a bit heavy, but no one’s dead, stop your bitching..

  13. You know, I’ve often wondered at times exactly what the police will do if/when the public rises up against them…

    Just think about the math…

According to the BLS 2010/2011 there are 883,600 police officers int he USA. Last census placed the US population at 312,826,879… thats the official count which they admit is low, they say the unofficial count is around 317 to 320 million…

Now lets just say that 1% of the population decides to rise up against the cops… thats 3,128,268 people.

Now even if you add in the entire US military both active duty 1,466,545 and reserve/national guard 1,458,500 to the number of cops we have thats a total of 3.8 million.

Now Posse Comitatus et al, aside… this includes everyone one in the entire military, from cooks and clerks up to our special forces folks… about 25% of our active duty folks are deployed overseas in positions such as Korea where they cannot be extracted easily an brought home due to treaties and the fact that it could cause war due to the vacuum they’ll leave.

So as you can see, just one percent of the US population would outnumber the entirety of all out police and muster-able US military combined….

Now… do you honestly think it’ll be just 1%?

What if it ended up being 1.5%, or 2% or say it ended up being 5% of the population that decided they’ve had it with the police and the police state and decided to rise up against the atrocities committed by our cops…

    5% that’s 15 million people…

And considering the rate at with Americans are buying guns and ammo lately, i’d think this alone would give law enforcement in this country reason to pause…

But as I’ve said many times, I think the average cop int his country isn’t intelligent or smart enough to see it this way… they honestly think they can continue to do as they please and nothing will happen to them.

And if the public did rise up, they foolishly think they can put them down…

They can, but only if its confined to a hyper small sliver of the population of a single large city… if it happened on a national scale they would be completely overrun in a matter of hours.

I truly fear we are headed to that point, now when the rubicon will be crossed, who knows… I hope I don’t see it in my lifetime.

  14. PSOSGT says:

Does anyone know what the 1 guy was getting arrested for? Does that even matter? Would you guys be cheering for the white guy if the black guy had just stolen something from your store, had assaulted you up the block, was fleeing your house after burglarizing it?

What I see here is some dumb idiot getting a trip to jail and the orriginal criminal got away. Boot to the head. Looks good to me, he’s actively attacking someone. Kick away.

  15. PSOSGT, you’re missing the point of the video.

Okay, the guy on the grow could have been an Al Qaeda operative for all we know, I agree… and yes the white guy committed a crime by assaulting the cop and interfering with an arrest…

But, the point of the video, isn’t any of that… the point of the video is to show that people, the public is getting fed up with police as a whole.

Its clear this video comes in well into this encounter, just look at the size of the crowd in the background and clearly they ain’t happy…

That’s the context the video is viewed in.

I spoke with a gentlemen who is a police officer from Philly recently and he remarked about how no matter where he goes or what he does the public hates him.

This guy, I know him personally and he’s one of the good cops, always has been. But even he can’t see what is happening in a broader way, he, like most all cops view each incident as having occurred in a vacuum.

Then they wonder why the public reacts different to things.

The public doesn’t see it in a vacuum and they are right to do so, because nothing occurs in a vacuum, especially growing tensions between the public and its police.

PSOSGT, you come across as a smart guy/gal… I have a hard time believing you cannot understand this.

  16. PSOSGT says:

tenn.. so the public should simply walk up behind and ambush cops while they are arresing people? By doing that, it’ll some how change the use of force continuem?

And have you ever arrested someone in the hood. They never like it. No matter what you are arresting someone for. Hell, We nearly had a riot 3 years ago when we arrested a guy who was wanted for molesting his 3 year old grand daughter. No one knew why we were there, they didn’t care. All they saw was the police arresting someone and they didn’t like that. 1 simple arrest turned into 8 arrest and 4 injured cops, 1 had to spend a night in the jail after getting hit in the head with a bottle.

And the orriginal suspect.. was arrested without incident. He complied 100%.

  17. I never said that it was fine, I said it was heading towards a rubicon where people will finally reach the end of the line. And the results will be bad.

Again I think you’re looking at this incident, the incident you cite personal experience with, and all others for that matter as if they all occurred in a vacuum. Which they do not…

Why was the crowd angry at you for locking up a child molester?

I bet you a steak dinner if we were to rewind the tape and go back a few months, years, etc… we’d see they are upset not over that particular arrest, but the heavy handed approach the cops take towards everything. Its called official oppression… I’m sure they mentioned it to you in the police academy…

That’s the problem, isn’t it… cops these days cannot see the forrest for the trees.

Your not the only one suffering from this, just about every single officer I know and deal with on a daily basis suffered from this as well…

Its fundamentally the same psychological forces that also drive one’s ability to refuse to admit your wrong and then back down. Cops are unbelievably bad at continuing to push really bad positions, even in the face of overwhelming facts all pointing to the obvious…

I see it so many times while reviewing various tapes and audio recording from police and private persons who I represent in criminal cases. Sometimes its so bad, its clear the cops ego has kicked in and his brain has taken a backseat. Impulsivity or failure to plan ahead becomes clear to anyone who’s seen this behavior before and its also followed by irritability and aggressiveness as the officer begins to slowly lose control.

Then its all topped off when the officer shows a lack of remorse and indifference to the situation and starts rationalizing his or her actions…

If any of this sounds familiar, its because its all characteristics of Dyssocial Personality Disorder, which many cops suffer from… you guys like to call it the Type A Personality… and for reasons I cannot fathom, I guess again its just ignorance, most cops wear their “Type A Personality” like a badge of honor..

See the idea of a Type A Personality is just a theory, its not actually a real personality… but DPD is…

The Type A/B theory was actually developed by a Cardiologist in the 1950′s to categorize heart patients, those prone to potential risk factor for heart disease and those not prone…

It has nothing to do with any type of ideal personality… but DSD on the other hand is exactly what cops suffer from…

Denial, its what cops do best….

    Tennessee-

I think you are missing the point that PSO was making. These people in this neighborhood don’t care about the uses of force or “official oppression”. It is a part of their neighborhood culture. They also have a mob mentality when there is enough people and they feel like they can get away with anything.

The guy who sucker punched the cop didn’t witness the cop brutalizing a baby, he used it as an opportunity to attack mindlessly. Don’t overthink this one. Some people act like animals, this video is an example of that. And the cops will come in and bust heads becuase thats what their job is to do, take back the streets.

  19. 1605 says:

Lurker, I fixed your post for you. Take that other crap over to PoliceOne or Bootlickers.com…

I think you are missing the point that Tennessee was making. The cops in this neighborhood don’t care about the use of force or “official oppression”. It is a part of their culture. They also have a mob mentality when there are enough cops and cops supporters and they feel like they can get away with anything.

The guy who sucker punched the cop is a real American hero. Don’t overthink this one. Some cops act like animals. And eventually the people will come in, bust heads, and take back the streets.

  20. Bob says:

I hope Tennessee doesn’t really think that gathering forces and outnumbering police will solve anything. I know that many civilians will step in for the police if that happens. How stupid would it be to start a type of civil war – didn’t we learn anything in the first one?

  21. t. says:

Tennessee: You’re nuts. The average Mr. And Mrs. America don’t want the police of the streets. Yeah, there are the idiot crowd of ‘occupy something’ that do. But they ain’t the 99% of nothing. You bunch of drug lovers are full of it. And the reason that Mr and Mrs. want the police is to protect them from you. They don’t want to be assaulted and robbed. They don’t their cars and house broken into. They don’t want the stuff the work for stolen by a bunch of deadbeat dope heads who can’t or won’t get a j.o.b.

Sgt said it right earlier. The thugs in the hood act like the ass clown in the video. I’ve been there as they laughed and help a child rapist run away.. OK. He’s their neighbor. He just rape their kid. But they helped.

Ten., you live in Aland of illusion. Hope it’s nice there.

  22. Carlos says:

Roughly half the arrests and court cases in the U.S. each year involve consensual crimes. More than 350,000 people are in jail right now because of something they did — something that did not physically harm another’s person or property. In addition, more than 1.5 million people are on parole or probation for consensual crimes. And more than 4 million people are arrested each year for doing something that hurts no one except, potentially, themselves.

The law makes it impossible for Americans to defend themselves from police brutality. Law and order conservatives have made it a felony with a long prison sentence to “assault a police officer.” Assaulting a police officer means that if a police thug intends to beat your brains out with his nightstick and you disarm your assailant, you have “assaulted a police officer.” If you are not shot on the spot by his backup, you will be convicted by a “law and order” jury and sent to prison.

It almost appears as if a cop’s primary task today is to select various and sundry candidates to escort into the American penal system. In essence, statist concierges forever destroying vast swaths of individual lives and their associated networks of friends and family; a maw through which humans pass but are rendered unrecoverable by civilized standards after a few years inside. I think the confluence of the police industry and the massive (and illegitimate) expansion of criminal statutes nationwide has given a vicious inertia to the problem.

I am even hard-pressed to think of a good reason to keep police on the streets. Cops are basically historians who come to a crime scene after the fact. Their entire charter has changed from being peace officers to becoming law enforcers (no matter how silly). Has anyone else been irritated by the changing nature of police cruisers? Usually festooned with light bars and clear identification, the new trend has been stealth police cars with hidden lights and antennae. Why? Most likely to more readily stop speeders or other non-crimes for which the revenue streams are so lucrative. Imagine, for instance, if a state instructed all highway patrol organizations to stop speeders but only insurance points would be assigned with no fines imposed. The vehicle stops for speeding would dry up because the remuneration incentives would evaporate. I do take solace in the observation that every time a united States subject is stopped by the cops today, all visions of Officer Friendly are soundly defeated and they discover that the police are far more concerned about obedience than criminality.

  23. t. you’re one of those cops that most here despises…

PSOSGT on the other hand is one who displays intelligence and common sense…

You (not incredibly) lack fundamental basic reading skills, go back, re-read my post, whip the foam from your mouth, breathe, think about what you just re-read, breathe again…

    Then return and comment…

Its clear from your response that you neither read nor attempted to comprehend anything I wrote…

I bet you fly off the handle like this as a matter of form, probably gets you in trouble now and then… I’m sure others into e legal profession enjoy your dash cam videos and trying to decipher your reports…

    Relax, breathe and think…

Critical thinking skills clearly are not your strong suit…

  24. paschn says:

    @ Carlos;

Your comment was well thought out and appreciated.

  25. Carlos, its always been about the money… anyone who thinks anything else is a fool.

  26. Mike says:

Wow, that guy blasted that cop, I almost jumped out of my chair. Now had the rest jumped in, they would have been on their way.

  27. paschn says:

“Romney will stop your stupidity right in its tracks and reverse it while giving you the finger at the same time. Just shoot yourself now. You’ll raise the IQ of your whole county and make everyone around you celebrate which they otherwise couldn’t do until the Obamination is over.”

Pathetic thing in all this is, there are enough drooling idiots out there that will,(no matter how much truth they’re shown about the swine they want in), will vote for them anyway…why? so they can suck a beer down and chirp about how their candidate “pulled it off”.

    http://www.brasschecktv.com/videos/campaign-2012/a-tale-of-two-mitts.html

Little weasels like they are of the same ilk as those who guarded the gulags and slaughtered their own people for the Bolsheviks, murdered the Russian royal family, starved 7,000,000 for the Chekas in the Ukraine, crushed demonstrators for the FED RES and Wall Street. They have no character, they just think they’re on the winning side, not the right or MORAL side, just the winning side. It’s all that matters to them. Authoritarian filth, nothing more.

  28. t. says:

    Tenn: Alright. Foam wiped off.

Now I went back and re-read your posts. And I came to a couple of conclusions.

After re-readng, with an even more critical eye, I stand by my statement, you’re nuts. Lets just look at what you said near the middle of your January 10 post. You said that you see it many times “in tapes of….private parties that yu represent in criminal cases”. Criminal cases. The people YOU represent are therefore most likely CRIMINAlS. And just so you know, lots of times, CRIMINALS LIE!!!

As for your statement that “most here despises” me. Good. That’s means I’m doing the right thing. Your assertion and math that you posted on January 9 is just simple wrong. The over whelming amount of people want ME out there, and not YOUR CLIENTS (those are the criminals, remember).

But Tenn. I’ll give you this much. I’m not exactly in love with the direction that law enforcement, or the rest of this country, is going. But it’s the actions of a lot of your clients, and those here that depise me, that are racing us in a bad direction. You need to look at the videos posted here and elsewhere on the net with a more critical eye. Most of these ‘posters’ are CR I inals who now have a beef against all police because THEY GOT CAUGHT. So now these children go around trying to intimidate or antagonize police officers or other honest public employees in some lame attempt to ‘hold police accountable.’ (of course, they don’t want to held accountable themselves)

Tenn. Since you made a prediction above, I’ll make one now. Where you think that the people are going to rise up against the police over their actions, I’ll bet ya that what you will really see is Mr. and Mrs. American demanding tougher enforcement to conteract the actions of, well, your clients. I don’t really want that. I do my job to protect your rights, just as much as everyone else’s right. But please remember, your rights aren’t more important than everyone else’s. Your right to do something doesn’t always outweigh someone else’sright not to have it done. On a different post string someone said, NOT HAVING A BADGE DOESN’T GRANT EXTRA RIGHTS.
