E crap fromthi What a tremendously huge pile of crap.

To any that watch this garbage and think that this is right all I can say is bull. I take my oath very seriously. When I come to work I try to do what is morally, ethically and legally correct and use departmental orders to guide my decisions. Read that. Read it again. That encompasses my oath. I make my mistakes. But like in the movie the Patriot, “aim small miss small”. The few things that go wrong I then work to correct. But anyone that honestly believes that lots of police officers intentionally violate peoples rights is crazy or stupid.

The constitution and my oath that I require that I protect everyone’s rights and interests. The problem with many here, and with the crap from this video is, that it doesn’t mean that you arealways right. Most of the time, you are wrong. You may not agree with the legally passed laws, but they exists. You have to deal with that. Like it or not. Everyone needs to be responsible. EVERYONE !!!! If citizens act respinsible, the likely hood of there every being anyproblems is very small. But so many here think that only the police should act in a responsible way. I say that the police do. They arrest your butt when you break the law and violate someone else’s rights.

    What crap.

  2. t. says:

I beg you to tell me that this is a joke in very bad taste.

I take my oath very seriously. As a HUGE part / result of that, I enforce the legally passed / enacted laws of the country, state and city in which I work. My failure to do that would mean that I was violating my oath. This crap is asking that I fail to uphold my oath and violate those laws. No.

When I go to work I strive to do what is morally, ethically and legally correct. With those ideals I use departmental policy as a guide to assist me in making decisions. I make mistakes. (I’m only human, though those on this site demand that I be more than that). When those mistakes are made, I try to right those wrongs.

This crap is irresponsible. And unfortunately, what many of the folks that frequent this site is, is irresponsible. What you guys just don’t want to understand is that your rights don’t outwiegh the rights of others. You don’t have to like the legally passed laws (many of them I don’t really like), but you should obey them. Those laws help keep order in our society. You may not want that, OK, but the overwhelming number of other in this society do want order. I would love less police interaction in our world. But as long as people (like many on this site) continue to act in ever increasingly irresponsible fashion, there is only going to be a demand by that overwhelming majority for mote police to counteract it.

Anybody that be lives this crap is either crazy or stupid. Some might be crazy (I tend to be an attractor of crazy) and unfortunately, you can’t talk to crazy. The rest must be stupid, and you can’t fix stupid.

  3. Wolf says:

T: Here’s the deal. Police forces everywhere in this country are abusing their authority by trampling all over the citizens civil rights as afforded by the Constitution of the United States. Amendments 1,2,4,5, and 10 are violated daily by these departments.

You say your oath is to enforce laws of country, state, and city. Your oath is to protect the Constitution of the United States and not to be the jackboots of government officials. Since you have picked your side, and stated as much, I shall put you on the list of traitor pigs who are nothing more than 1930′s Germany’s Gestapo.

That being said, Be thankful to God you do not cross paths with me as I have NO use for Gestapo jackboots no matter what color uniform they wear.

  4. Dustin says:

Following orders may be something you take seriously, but you support treason when you do. Read a book, jeez… It has all happened before. Crazy is going down the same road and expecting a different outcome ‘this time.’ These laws are not ‘legally passed.’ Our government no longer represents us. It does what it wants, and then tells us why we better like it, or else. Besides, when you make the law, you can just make whatever you do legal, eh? Just change the law to suit you… REPRESENTATIVE government is the key here. This government is no longer representative of the people, and that makes it a domestic enemy. Only 3% fought in the Revolutionary war, about 10% supported them indirectly… If you’re waiting for a majority, well, duh, you know there won’t be one. That’s why you betray us; you know you can get away with it.

  5. Leo says:

Where is the betrayal? Because we enforce laws passed by elected officials. Officials elected by the people. See the way it works is that if you don’t like the way your elected officials are voting, then you campaign against them or don’t vote for them. You don’t blame the police.

Following departmental policy is not treason. Arresting law breakers is not treason. Give me a break. Do you blame the local store clerk for indlation on groceries. I take my oath serious. Serious enough to face armed people that would take your life and property and then go to lunch. You have no idea the evil that lurks and we protect people from. Don’t sit in the comfort of your home, type this junk while enjoying the freedoms that military and police protect for you. You obviously have no clue how the real worls works and seem to have les a sheltered life.

I am not happy with the state of the nation either, but I don’t blame anyone but the lefislators in DC. I’ll do something anout it with my vote.

  6. Dustin says:

The only thing I need protection from is the greatest evil “out there” of them all “Just Following Orders.” I’ve suffered more at the hands of the State than due to any “bad guy.” I’m wondering if it’s all a fairy tale made up to justify the uniformed thugs… Of course I know that is not true. I’d rather attend the problems of too much freedom, than the problems of too little. Statistically, no government at all would leave me safer and better off.

The only time harmful things happen to me; the State and it’s Henchmen are the ones doing it. I respect the Rights of others more than anyone I know, yet I am still attacked by the State, extorted, violated, etc…

You don’t protect me from crap, Mr. Hero. The “Us vs. Them” attitude of LEOs, and the Government who loves employing it, are the real problems.

Your theory on how government works is quaint, and you’re right; in theory. That’s how it’s supposed to be. But how it is, and how it’s supposed to be, are two very different things.

Only one thing has ever put government in it’s place; it is something government is itching to use first… Violence. He who stoops the lowest, wins. When the Dead have more Rights than the Living, it’s time for the Government to become the Dead. I didn’t make the rules, I just know what they are. Government is nothing but deadly force. It wants to kill anything it perceives as a threat to it’s dominance. Any little thing it decides to call a threat… Way, way, way out of control.

  7. Leo says:

Here is a site I would like you to see
    http://www.oathkeepers.org
I hope this reatores your faith some.

  8. Leo says:

I am no thug. Nor do I enjoy viloence. Its better to use reasoning than force. I son’t live in lala land and you are protected by us “thugs” whether you like it or not. One freedom upu have not execised is your right to leave this country. Why is that if it is so bad?

You called me Mr Hero. I’ve been called that several times. Legitimately. It was nice coming from those I helped. Not so nice from you. What did you do to end up on the weing side of the law or the state as you called it. From other responses I have read it seems like a lot of people posting on here were arrested and are pisses because of that. If that is the case then you ahould blame yourself for puting yourself in that position. You don’t blame the coffee table for stumping your toe.

Also, government doea work that way. Ita not always a conspiracy if your candidate doesn’t win. Do you vote? If you don’t then you really have no room to gripe about anything.

  9. Dustin says:

I should know better than to talk reason to an apologist who enjoys the position of favored pawn of the tyrants.

Wrong side of the law? Math, Science and Common Sense are all crimes… Using my brain makes me a criminal.

  10. Leo says:

I don’t recall apologizing to you for anything. I owe you nothing of the sort. How am I a favored pawn. I ask reasonable questions and met with insults. Typical of someone with no sensible argument. You then reaponded to my question with avoidance. Using your brain is mot a crime unless it is to break tha law. Come on. I should have known better than to argue with a close minded conspiracy theorist. Its been fun, but i I can’t say its been a challenge. God be with you.

  11. K.C. says:

    Amen, Dustin!

  12. Dustin says:

There is no argument, you deny reality. What’s the point in talking to someone like that? I still reach out, but… The society that believes it can defy the laws of nature is doomed.

  13. Dustin says:

You try to make yourself sound good, but you don’t even know what apologist means… dictionary.com was right there to help you not look like an idiot, but you did it anyway…

I apologize. It is not civilized to engage in a fight with an unarmed man… battle of wits… oh never mind; it’s no fun when I have to explain it…

The Bill of Rights was written to prevent Government from overthrowing “Certain inalienable Rights” by the mob-rule nature of the Democratic electorate. Republic. Figure it out… Or don’t, because getting it wrong on purpose suits your interest…

  14. Leo says:

Well. You got me on that one. I guess you are right about that. I do have faith. But heres the deal. Me not knowing one definition does not make me stupid. You approaching me in that manner is rude and disrespectful. It speaks for your character.

How old are you? Late 20′s or early 30′s? That ses to be the right age for all on this site. Again, you answered none of my questions and sling insults. That is an indicator that i have struck a nerve and hit the nail on the head.

We are to blame for not voting out the “tyrants”. I am member of the highest taxed class, the middle. I will be evaluating candidates and voting accordingly while you are pissing and moaning on here about problems that you help continue. If you’re not part of the solution, then you are part of the problem.

I’m ready for your next set of insults and non-specific garbage. Don’t forget to iclude that I’m a facist, idiot, thug and any othe myriad of names you can throw at me to use as a smoke screen.

  15. Leo says:

I have a problem with someone basing their opinion of me on my career choice. How are you any different from a racist basing thier opinion of a person the color of skin? If you would do some homework, you would see that the civil courts are filled with cases in which police departments lost when sued for 4th ammendment violation, excessive force cases, racial profiling, etc.

Your claim that you suffered at the hands of the state more than any bad guy doesn’t hold water without specifics. I can make any claim, but without details there isn’t much merit there.

Cops make mistakes and sometime blatantly disregard the 4th ammendment, but there are consequences. Look it up. Wait though…if you did that you would have to accept the fact that we are held accountable. We don’t enjoy the blanket of protection that you seem to think we have.

We get training to educate us about the aforementioned issues, but we are infalible. Cops make mistakes and have to answer for them. Where do you think that case law comes from in regards to law enforcement conduct? Think what you may, we are not untouchable. We face liability on a daily basis.

I know that all I say is falling on closed ears, but it real chaps my rear that you run your mouth and back up nothing. There is case law that supports the argument that we are held accountable. I can cite the latest Supreme Court Ruling that limits the use of GPS. LEO’s must now obtain a search warrant to get GPS information for an investigation. A good ruling in my opinion.

Give me real facts, not conjecture on which you base your misguided opinions.

  16. t. says:

All: Where did I mention just following orders? Do any of you read before shooting off at the mouth? Holy smokes what a bunch of goofballs.

If you don’t like this style of government (and according to the claims of most on this site, you LOVE the constitution) you can either be an adult and try to change it from within (unless YOU are the jackbooted thug who yearns for violence), or get out. What you goofballs fail to understand is that YOU ARE A VERY SMALL MINORITY….FOR GOOD REASON. You can claim to be the99% all that you like. Probably less than 1% of people probably agree with you at all.

I give you this much, people are tried of being victims. Victims of YOU. Read this site. Who is it always calling for violence and wanting conflict? Isn’t not the cops that log in. People are scared of crime in the streets. They demand more and more police presence and action. If you want less, be responsible, stop acting stupid, turn in any of your friends that are stealing and robbing. You do that, and your “police state” will disappear. (Honestly I’m not worried about my job, all you dumb criminals just get me more help everyday)

  17. Leo says:

    @t

    Nice!

  18. Wow says:

@Leo and t – well put. To everyone else, a simple question: If you were to design a new government, how would you do it? Before you answer with “throw out the current version.” you should know that EVERY government ever thrown out of power is replaced with a much stricter one.

With the constitution you have rights, for instance, the right to take legal action against a Police Officer that had violated your rights. In other countries, this isn’t the case. Take England for instance. A few years ago, a kid, with a back pack, took off running from the Police and was shot and killed. Guess what their government said? Their reply was short, it simply said, “shouldn’t have ran from the Police!” No lawsuits, no protests, no complaining, just the way it is.

Why do we have more people jailed here than anywhere else? Because in other countries there is no appeals process and the sentence is carried out immediately. If that means the death penalty, you are executed the next day. There are no appeals, no protestors, no law suits, etc… So if you were going to change it, what would you do?

I can guarantee that if the current government colapsed, no one on this site would be able to control what happened. It would be a complete survival of the fittest situation and no one of the “intellectuals” on this site would stand a chance. No one thinks this through, so if it is so bad, leave. Live somewhere else for awhile, say a year, come back and tell me how bad it is here then.

  19. Dustin says:

When you’re art of it and benefit from it, you never see any fault with it…

Thinking further ahead than you like is not a failure to think it through…

Sometimes, those you disagree with are ahead of you, not behind you…

  20. Dustin says:

I don’t answer because it is a remedial excuse to deny another fact… Why waste my time saying something when you’ve already decided to stick your fingers in your ear and shout “NANANA I CAN’T HEAR YOU! YOU’RE STUPID AND WRONG AND I’M RIGHT!!!” It’s silly… You can’t take the high road when you’re acting like that….

  21. Carlos says:

The only terrorist most Americans will ever encounter is a policeman with a badge, nightstick, mace and Taser. A Google search for “police brutality videos” turns up 2,210,000 entries. Some entries are foreign and some are probably duplications, but the number is so large that a person could do nothing but watch police brutality videos for the rest of his life. A search on “You Tube” alone turned up 2,280 police brutality videos. PrisonPlanet has a selection of the most outrageous recent cases.

Police brutality has crossed the line from using excessive force against a resisting Rodney King to unprovoked gratuitous violence against persons offering no resistance, such as the elderly, women, students, and elected officials. Americans are not safe anywhere from police. Police attack Americans in university libraries, in public meetings, and in their own homes.

One disturbing aspect is that the police always arrest the people that they have gratuitously brutalized.

Yet another disturbing aspect is that a minority of citizens will justify each act of police brutality no matter how brutal and how unprovoked.

Police forces have always attracted bullies with authoritative personalities who desire to beat senseless anyone who does not quake in their presence. In the past police could get away with brutalizing blacks but not whites. Today white citizens are as likely as racial minorities to be victims of police brutality.

The police are supreme. The militarization of the police, armed now with military weapons and trained to view the general public as the enemy, against whom “pain compliance” must be used, has placed every American at risk of personal injury and false arrest from our “public protectors.”

In “free and democratic America,” citizens are in such great danger from police that there are websites devoted to police brutality with online forms to report the brutality.

Police abuse remains one of the most serious and divisive human rights violations in the United States. The excessive use of force by police officers, including unjustified shootings, severe beatings, fatal chokings, and rough treatment, persists because overwhelming barriers to accountability make it possible for officers who commit human rights violations to escape due punishment and often to repeat their offenses. Police or public officials greet each new report of brutality with denials or explain that the act was an aberration, while the administrative and criminal systems that should deter these abuses by holding officers accountable instead virtually guarantee them impunity.

The most disturbing aspect is that the police usually get away with it.

And THUGS like Mr. “T” , Mr. “LEO”, Mr.“PSOSGT” and other PSEUDO-heroes who are allowed to POST HERE want to be loved and respected…what a JOKE !!!

Respect HAS to be EARNED with your ACTIONS and not with senseless posts and wording.

    Thanks,

    Carlos

  22. Leo says:

Ah… Carlos. How great to hear from you again. Again more crap spewed with no merit. I am now bored with the same old junk from you guys. We will go protecting and serving and cru baby criminals will continue to piss and moan. Besides, the most likes I found for this group is 35. You are the joke!

  23. Dustin says:

    What Carlos said. Squared.

The real joke is that most Americans will never figure this out until it is too late. I am still shocked by the anti-Constitutionalism I witnessed at the Police Academy. Being trained on what words to cut and paste into ever arrest report. Being trained that if you spit a lot while screaming in someone’s face, and they raise their hands to block/wipe your spit, you then claim that they were raising their hands to hit you, and are free to beat the hell out of them… Do as much damage as you an while arresting someone, then claim they were resisting… Especially when cuffed. That cash in his wallet? Yours for the taking! This is openly taught in Police Academy. I was there. You can’t tell me it isn’t so, I saw it with my own eyes, and heard it with my own ears. I can think of little worse than a Police Officer. At least the Taliban is honest about it… “I hate you, I kill you!” Cops pretend to be our heroes, but do more damage to the ideals of this Nation every day, than a whole year of Taliban attacks.

I’ve never been attacked by a ‘bad guy,’ but Cops… All the damn time. If I weren’t bright enough to know their games, I’d probably be in prison on the many false charges they’ve tried to apply to me. I’ve fortunately been on my toes. It’s only a matter of time tho…

I’ve caught 2 Officers trying to plant evidence on me, 5 that just outright started attacking me for no reason at all, and I can’t count the ones who lie about the law to make me comply with their personal ideas of how I should live… Disgusting.

  24. Leo says:

You’re full of crap! I am an instuctor at a police academy and that is not taught at all. How the hell did you get in. They just let you walk on in. BS! I was born at night but not last night. Tou float this crap then attack our integrity. Wow! You’re really stretching! Pathetic Dustin….just plain pathetic. And thanks for confiing that you are a criminal. Thats uaually why you have that much contact with police. Ok…. Now I’m really done.

  25. Dustin says:

    Denial. Typical.

The emperor has no clothes… I cannot attack your integrity when you don’t have any. It most certainly was, and still is taught. My own personal experiences cannot be disputed you! I guess trying to run me down on my motorcycle, even with my son on the back, that didn’t happen either? All that retribution for leaving the Academy and speaking out about what traitors and cowards they really are, none of that happened? Bullshit, pal. Bullet holes don’t lie. Fortunately for me, cops are terrible marksmen. Otherwise, I’d be just as dead as anyone else who thought the Bill of Rights should be respected, some story made up about me to make the shootings justified… Blah blah blah… You’re all the same.

  26. Dustin says:

Every founder of this nation was considered a Criminal. Get over yourself. The law is rewritten to suit tyranny. Legal, illegal, it means nothing but an excuse to attack.

  27. Leo says:

We’re all the same and your full of shit.

  28. Dustin says:

You don’t even understand that you proved my point… For supporting the uniformed degenerates who have repeatedly tried to kill me and my son, I hope you watch your children die. Even that is too good for you, traitor.

  29. Leo says:

You are a sorry piece of shit. You have shown that you are no better than any scumbag that I have ever encountered. To hope that a child would die proves that you are truly a low life. You can come after me, but to attack children. Wow! How are you any better than those you hate. You can go fuck yourself and die in a hole. I would hope that even your supporters would think you went too far on that one. You call me a traitor….go fuck yourself!

  30. Dustin says:

The difference is, I never tried to kill a child. Your friends in blue did (and do). Yet you defend them and insult me?

I guess I wasn’t born cause I wasn’t sworn… The thick brown line strikes forth with it’s perverted double-standards yet again… It’s perfectly OK for cops to try (and occasionally succeed) to kill kids as retribution for exposing their corruption, but if I merely speak the words, I’m the shitbag…

Is anyone falling for this? Do you really believe your own bullshit? Even when it is this transparent?

Bravo, sir. Bravo. I couldn’t have proven my point better than you have. Thank you for being my useful idiot of the day.

I do not merely hope you watch them die, I hope it is slow and miserable. AIDS or Cancer… I hope you have a lot of kids… Still a light punishment compared to what you deserve. Traitor.

Defend the scum that tried to kill me and my son more than once, and you have the audacity to claim I’m the screw-up? Wow, you’re twisted mind still impresses me, even thought I’ve dealt with so many just like you… I still cannot fathom how a person can get so sick…

Talk about hoping you watch your children die = evil.

Killing children as retribution for exposing treason and corruption = glorious heroes protecting us feeble sheep from unspeakable ‘bad things.’

Really? You’re really making this argument? How much more obvious can it possibly get?! And you did it with your own words!

  31. Leo says:

You are a mental patient are’nt you. Yes you are evil for wishing that children die. I haven’t proven shit for you. I exposed you as a sick person. Its sensless to talk to a sick jack off like you. Enjoy your miserable life. I just feel sorry for uour kid to have such a piece of shit for a father. God be with your kid. But you…..you can eat shit and die you fuck.

  32. Dustin says:

You = support killing children as retribution for exposing corruption = hero

Me = hope you suffer the fate you visit upon others = evil piece of shit mental patient

To be cursed by the Devil is a Blessing. Again, thanks! You’ve complimented me and proven my point for me.

  33. Dustin says:

“God be with your kid.” – Apparently already the case. He managed to survive the attacks of your friends in blue, the glorious heroes that tried to kill him just to get at me for exposing them… Cops are the lowest shit capable of linguistics.

  34. Carlos says:

    Dustin,

Don’t lose your cool. Don’t lose your temper. Blogging here against those scumbags in blue is protected by FREE SPEECH amendment whereas threatening somebody [even if it is a lowlife bully in blue] is not. You have to be careful and keep that in mind because whatever happens to those individuals and their families, they can pin the whole thing on you by reporting the post and…these forums are monitored by CIA/NSA/Homeland Security, these scumbags in blue and, God knows who else.

I know you actually did NOT threat anyone but wishing that guys’ kids to die…I mean, one thing leads to another and if you keep losing your temper your next post might become something you would like to take back but you might not be able to.

Whatever is posted on the Internet, STAYS on the Internet and it’s easily accessible and retrievable to those Dark forces I mentioned in the above paragraphs.

We do not need to keep replying every posts those guys come up with. They have NO arguments to defend their cause because there is proof elsewhere about what COPS do, and THEY KNOW IT !

Always carry your digital camera or your smartphone with you wherever you go so you can record every single aspect of your encounters with those thugs.

Hadn’t that guy taped the Ronney King’s beating back in 1991 the THUGS in BLUE had made up a story that the guy “RESISTED THE ARREST” [a tiresome euphemism repeated 10000 times a day] and they had to …“subdue” him.

Take care and remember that a just cause is NOT lost even when we might be 1% of the population as they claim. The majority of people these THUGS claim that support their actions is because neither them nor their families have suffered an illegal shooting or haven’t been beaten up by cops…JUST YET. But…no one is infallible and this may happen to them some day down the road and then…they will think differently from how they think now about the THUGS in BLUE…

First they came for the communists,
    and I didn’t speak out because I wasn’t a communist.

Then they came for the trade unionists,
    and I didn’t speak out because I wasn’t a trade unionist.

Then they came for the Jews,
    and I didn’t speak out because I wasn’t a Jew.

Then they came for the Catholics,
and I didn’t speak out because I was Protestant.

    Then they came for me
and there was no one left to speak out for me.

    Best regards,

    CARLOS

  35. Dustin says:

I haven’t lost my temper at all… I trolled the fool to show that HE lost HIS cool over a simple internet post, yet he has a gun, badge, and uniform?

He simultaneously demonstrated the outrageously sick double standard of calling himself a hero for trying to kill kids in an attempt to silence people who expose the corruption and treason of Cops. Yet, in the same breath, he calls me the sick one just for wishing he would suffer the same thing he does to others? How dare I suggest he get a dose of his own medicine…

It was an experiment. Nothing more. I’m doing far more complicated things with my computer at the moment. This is just a background exercise in how simple-minded, hypocritical, and arrogant Cops are. They’re all the same. The State hand-picks these sickos specifically because they’re so violent and gullible… That’s why they’re all the same… The recruitment and training process is tailored to select mental defectives with a chip on their shoulder and more hormones than brains. They’re the perfect Myrmidons. They love any excuse to attack the people they’re supposed to be serving. The State likes them that way for it’s own obvious purposes. Same story throughout history…

    Leo: U mad, bro? You’re such a tool…

  36. Dustin says:

I guess the most ironic part is that a Cop told me he was going to make me watch as he raped my son and cut off his head. Why? Because I quit the Police Academy when I found out how they ran their Methamphetamine Racketeering.

(Not that I would prevent anyone from ingesting whatever substance they want. It’s the hypocrisy of it that was unacceptable to me.)

Heroes! Protectors! Don’t you dare ever say anything bad about a Cop! They keep us safe from the bad guys… BULLSHIT. THEY ARE THE BAD GUYS.

There is nothing I hate more than Cops.

  37. Leo says:

I don’t know where you get that I have tied to kill kids. I have never and will never say something like that. You however did and hope mine will die. You attacked me on several levels and I had no problem, but when you brought up kids. wow…any person would have been upset at that.

You did loose your cool. How can you say that you didn’t. You refuse to support you statments. If this agency continued to harass you, why didn’t you report them to the FBI. Especially if they tried to kill you, as you claim.

I don’t believe that you worked at the academy, unless you pushed a broom. Here’s my theory. You had a non-instructional job and pissed hot. You then got fired and became mad. Then you were stopped and found with narcotics. All events that you cause but you blame on others. Typical of a person that grew up not being held accountable as a kid, and then found out the real world doesn’t work that way. That’s why you don’t answer my questions, not other reason. The real answers and truth won’t benifit your pathetic cause.

  38. Dustin says:

Your theory? You make a bigger ass of yourself with every post, and are too self-absorbed to notice…

I just plain can’t care about this anymore. You’ve made yourself irrelevant. You’re not even a useful idiot anymore. Just an idiot.

  39. Leo says:

    Love you too dumplin!

  40. Dustin says:

    Anytime, Sugar Tits.

  41. PSOSGT says:

I love this stuff!!!!! Especially the vid. Big cities, with big problems. Let’s ignore the fact that the majority of cops in the US work in small police departments. Are more community oriented. Don’t have huge drug force task forces, or much of anything else. We’ll ignore all them and paint the police with 1 big brush.

  42. Guy says:

The oath is simple, support and defend the Constitution against ALL enemies, foreign and domestic. Following orders and enforcing the “LAW”, for the most part, fall outside this oath. Do cops enforce traffic codes? If they do, they are in violation of 49USC (except in very limited circumstances). PD’s are private companies, basically the muscle for the extortion racket that envelopes us all. The cop on the street is nothing more than a private contractor. When enough people learn this truth and act effectively on said knowledge, the evil ones are doomed.

  43. t. says:

GUY: setting aside your conspiracies for just a moment….This is a nation founded on the rule of law. Now clearly you don’t like those laws. And that’s OK. But they still apply to you. But you are right, the oath is simple. By deciding to live outside of the rule of law, you have become me that enemy that I am sworn to protect this nation against. Can you not see your own hipocarcy?

  44. Dustin says:

When a Law contradicts the Constitution, how did it become a law in the first place? Are not those who deliberately violated the Constitution Traitors?

Rule of Law is a cute excuse… Which law? The one that can’t exist but was created anyhow by traitors? Or, the Law that supersedes all others?

It’s like the Constitution means nothing anymore… Not to those who swore to protect it, not to the politicians they blindly take orders from…

Clearly, the oath meant not one damn thing. It’s written in plain English. We don’t need some robed figure to ‘interpret’ it to us like the Dark Ages… We know how to read. It was made that way to ensure excuses like this would never hold water. But in the end, it’s just a piece of paper if the citizens aren’t willing to push back harder than the traitors…

Just bend over and take it, pretend you like it rough…

  45. t. says:

DUSTIN: Your right guy….it’s is easy to read. No room for interpretation. Enemies, foreign and domestic. Very clear.

  46. Guy says:

@t: Your use of the word “conspiracies” casts a pall over your comments from the get-go. Please elucidate on said “conspiracies”. While you are at it, explain exactly which “laws” I don’t like and which apply to me. Who says, I “live outside of the rule of law”? By your childish comments, I am sure you are not aware that there is what is known as “public” law and “private” law. Show us how really bright you are, again.

  47. Dustin says:

I won’t deny that I live outside the law. When the Law is Criminal itself, a decent human being can’t abide it.

  48. t. says:

@Dustin: I waited and pondered on if I should respond to you. Apparently I have decided to.
But before I say anything ugly or nasty, I wants to ask you a question. In your January 30 post you describe officers trying to run you down while you where riding your motorcycle with you child on the back. ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME? WHY DIDN’T YOU FREAKING STOP? YOU would rather risk the life of your child. I sure hope the state stepped and took that child from you . That way when you do more incredibly stupid shit, the only one you would hurt is you. (By the way, I wish you godspeed in hurting yourself)

Dustin, I have to agree with LEO, You must be a mental patient. Or at least you should be. Jump off of the planet at your first opportunity.

  49. Dustin says:

Because I was already stopped at a red light when he deliberately ran into my back tire. Repeatedly. Pushed me into the intersection.

Watch your children die, slowly. Degenerate fucktard.

  50. t. says:

DUSTIN: you pain such a believable story.

  51. Dustin says:

Facts do not require your consent/approval/faith/belief to be factual.

I hope you live to bury your children. Then, a cat with feline AIDS pees on their graves. Even that is too good for your kind. Traitor.

  52. t. says:

DUSTIN: You are just so classy. I’m sorry that I ever doubted such a pillar of the community.

  53. Dustin says:

I wouldn’t waste class on you. I hope I’m never considered great by the conventions of this society. Being king of the degenerates is nothing to be proud of. To be insulted and lamented by the devil and his friends, that is my highest honor. The fruits of your labors are hate, decay, and suffering. May your spawn suffer your arrogance instead of those you prey upon.

  54. t. says:

DUSTIN: I was re-reading some the posts on this thread. When I read yours I am just truly puzzled. But when I re-read your January 30 comment about thinking further ahead is not thesame as thinking it through and people that you disagree with maybe just ahead of you. Interesting comment. In can give those thoughts some credit, but what if it’s those YOU don’t agree with that are ahead of you? What it’s just YOU thinking that you a further ahead? Don’t know which is true. But I do know that the picture that you are trying to paint about you past and about what you say happened to you and was said to you couldn’t be a bigger pile of crap. Unfortunately, some / many of the impressionable that read the lies you wrote will believe them. Hope it makes you proud that you have helped to make things worse instead of trying to make it better. What a joke.

  55. Dustin says:

Again, facts do not require you to believe in them. Can you prove everything you did yesterday? Are you obligated to? I’m not here to debate what I’ve lived through. Get over it.

  56. t. says:

DUSTIN: Still waiting on your “facts”. Just because you say, claim, allege something doesn’t make it a fact. The shear outlandishness of your claims and then the nastiness of your comments make you impossible to believe.

And it doesn’t appear to anyone that it’s me that needs to “get over it”. I try to take a reasonable stance with those on this site that a viewpoints opposite of my own. Some thing might have really happened to you. But the way you conduct yourself makes you impossible to believe.

I’m not trying to change your mind (it seems really closed), I just don’t want others to step intoyour smelly pile.

  57. Dustin says:

Please explain what you think is the proper way to conduct yourself in the presence of those that have repeatedly tried to kill you and your immediate family with total impunity. What would you have to say about a State supported gang that never finds fault with itself while it does such things as SOP?

  58. t. says:

DUSTIN: Dude, I quests I’ll just have to surrender to you. I know that some departments aren’t as professional as others. I get it. But your depiction that you were trained by whateverdepartment you say you were part of to be corrupt is simple beyond belief. As are the statements that they tried to kill you just because you left the department. And to try tomkillmyour kid as well (cutting off his head while you watch).

If you believe, I surrender that it’s true to you.

  59. Dustin says:

I’m not trying to convince you. You’ve no need to surrender, admit, etc… to anything. Just don’t call what I’ve gone through a lie. There are quite a few places in this country where the cops are the gangs. Meth isn’t prevalent by accident. Check out a few toothless mugs of Sheriffs in the “trouble” States… Figure it out. Or don’t. Whatever. But if you tell a Vet that there never was a war, expect him to get pissed off, too… Dur. I watched my friends die, and barely survived it myself. Who better to cover it up than those who are on the scene? Even if you don’t believe it, the shoe fits. LEOs are in a position to abuse with impunity. That power attracts exactly the sort of person who wants to abuse it. Few are as lucky as I have been.

Believe it, don’t, it still happened. It’s still happenING. The Sky is Blue, the Grass is Green. Deny it, it’s still true… Prove it, don’t… It’s still true.

Lets not mix things up. I was TOLD by a LEO that he would cut off my son’s head and make me watch. What they DID was try to push us into a busy intersection. Is there a difference?

Not because I left, but because of why I left and what I found. MS-13 is no big deal compared to these guys.

In the microcosm, as with the macrocosm, history is written by the victor. Kill everyone, fix it in the report. Put it on the news. Be a Hero.

  60. Scott says:

I don’t come to this site enough to know what you guys are specifically arguing about, but one thing I do know — The Constitution is the supreme law of the land, meaning nothing has higher authority. So “legally passed laws” that directly interfere with the Constitution are NOT legal laws. I take my oath seriously. I disobeyed illegal orders while I was in the Navy, and though it got me in trouble (including with the White House), I was still able to complete my 4 years with an honorable discharge. I wish more police would disobey bad orders.
