The shooting and killing of dogs by men and women with badges – almost never due to any real threat – is the reason this page exists: to increase visibility of the cold-hearted and unnecessary practice to both hold accountable the real aggressors accountable and to deter future such actions.

    Correct me if I’m wrong, but isn’t one of the tell-tale signs of psychopaths is their disregard for the lives of animals?

    I mean, usually when you look into the past history of serial killers, they usually spent much time to torturing and killing animals.

    Just something to think about when you read over this.
