75 Year Old Grandmother Held Down at Gunpoint on Bathroom Floor by Wayne County, NY Sheriff’s deputies and Macedon, NY Police as they Shoot and Kill her Dog.

On August 15, 2012, Wayne County, New York Sheriff’s deputies, along with Macedon, NY Police broke into 75 year old Phyllis Loquasto’s Plank Road home in the town of Walworth, NY, forced her at gunpoint to lay on her bathroom floor, screamed at her to stay down, then executed her dog “Duke”.

Minutes earlier, Loquasto, who has had three strokes and a knee replacement, was on her computer when she heard loud smashing sounds, then saw what she described as several men dressed in black with masks on.

Loquasto said the men pushed her into the bathroom and told her to lay down and close her eyes.

As she was laying on her bathroom floor Loquasto could hear the men talking in loud voices. “The dog hadn’t even barked, yet I heard one of them say, he’s aggressive, shoot him! I’ll never forget the sound of that gunshot and the blood flying everywhere. They did all this while forcing me to lay on the bathroom floor, screaming at me to stay down, and holding me at gunpoint. I couldn’t get up if I wanted to. I’m 75 years old, had three strokes and knee replacement, and can hardly walk.  There was nothing I could do to help my pet.”

Unfortunately, Duke died a slow death. “They shot him with a shotgun in such a manner that he ran around in pain and bled all over the house and suffered a slow, cruel death.  There was no reason for this kind of treatment, they killed my dog for no reason. This was the sweetest and most gentle animal anyone could want, I would trust him with a baby.”

As you can see in the photo, Duke did indeed suffer, bleeding out throughout the house, leaving a trail of blood in the hallways, stairs, walls and bedrooms, including on the bed where he used to sleep in.

Afterwards, Phyllis Loquasto was taken outside and placed inside a police car for over an hour in the heat.

It was then when officers showed her a search warrant, and it was then that Loquasto realized who these masked men who had just broke into her home, held her at gunpoint, screamed at her and executed her dog were — police officers.

The 75 year old Loquasto was so afraid, she urinated on herself.

As a filmmaker, writer and activist exposing police misconduct and corruption, hearing stories of police officers abusing and violating innocent citizens’ rights is nothing new.

In fact I receive an average of 20-25 calls weekly from people who either themselves, or a loved one, has been abused, harassed, or assaulted by law enforcement.

But I must admit, to hear of a 75 year old lady having been terrorized in her own home by a bunch of rogue, thugs in uniforms and masks, in a “home invasion-like” style, before executing her dog, left me speechless.

I Called Macedon, NY police and asked to speak to a public information officer. The woman who answered the phone asked me “What’s that?” I explained to her it’s usually a department official who is in charge of communicating with the press.

She replied “We don’t have that.”

I then proceeded to tell her about the incident with Duke, and before I could finish, she angrily cut me off and said “I’m sure if a grandmother would have been held down at gunpoint, I would have heard about that.”

She then abruptly transferred me to the Chief, with whom I left a message on his voicemail.

About an hour later, I received a call from Macedon, NY Police Chief John P. Colella.

After I thanked him for getting back to me, Chief Colella laughed and said “The media campaign continues.”

I asked Chief Colella what he meant by that comment, but he completely ignored my question.

I then asked the Chief exactly what law enforcement agencies were present at the Plank Road residence.

Chief Colella said that a search warrant was executed by the Wayne County Narcotics Enforcement Team (WayneNET) on the residence.

He also said that he is the Task Force Commander.

Chief Colella told me that his task force seized several marijuana plants from the location, which he said belonged to Phyllis Loquasto’s grandson.

He explained that the WayneNET team consists of the Wayne County, NY Sheriff’s office, Macedon, NY Police, Clyde, NY Police, Lyons, NY Police, Newark, NY, Palmyra, NY Police, Sodus Point, NY Police, Wolcott, NY Police and the Wayne County, NY District Attorney’s office.

Chief Colella confirmed that the only person inside the location was 75 year old Phyllis Loquasto.

Having sensed an obvious sense of sarcasm on the Chief’s part, with his earlier comment, about the “media campaign continues”, as well as what I would describe as the non-chalant, hesitant, and “careful” tone of his voice, not giving many details, I decided to get down to brass tax with the Chief.

I asked him about police officers holding down a 75 year old grandmother at gunpoint on her bathroom floor, and it was clear that Chief Colella wasn’t comfortable answering my question.

But perhaps more interesting, he never denied officers doing this to Loquasto.

Instead, Chief Colella made sure to choose his words very carefully, stating that all he would say is that she (the grandmother) was “held in place” by officers.

Again, when I asked Chief Colella if in fact officers with his WayneNET task force held a 75 year old grandmother at gunpoint on her bathroom floor, Chief Colella replied “I don’t care if she is 2 years old or 75 years old.”

I think Chief Colella must have realized that his statement would not look good, so he decided to do some ‘damage control’ by quickly adding “We needed to secure the location and since there was a dangerous animal, we were holding her down for her own safety.”

Dangerous animal?

Duke was her pet.

After a few more minutes of talking with Chief Colella, it became more and more clear that as is common with law enforcement officials, especially in cases of misconduct and abuse, the “cover-up” was already in effect, and he clearly had his story which he has every intention of sticking to.

So 75-year-old Ethel was just turning in after watching The Price Is Right and giving Fievel, her 6 month old Yorkee a sponge bath when the blood thirsty jack-booted thugs came in, scared the piss out of her and shotgunned her puppy? Sounds typically of the accurate reporting done by the hippy crew at Copblock. Why don’t you throw something in there about the SWAT team stepping on a litter of kittens on their way to take nude pictures of her 12-year-old grandaughter? Just one time the real story would be nice. Granny was probably selling oxycodone and had a .357 in her knitting bag. She was a memeber of MS13 and trained Rotts and Pits to kill anything in uniform.

  • SFCRetired

“Gutless cowards” is the least offensive words I can use to describe these so-called “officers” and this excuse for a chief of police.

  • shawn

Ya, holding he down for her own safety. Against what? A dog she lived with for who knows how long without police ‘protection?’

Come on, you can do better than that. Cops need to have the experience of their own families treated as terrorists. Maybe when their mother is face down on the ground with a knee in her back, and their daughters are hauled from the shower naked, they will start to see there is an issue with using SWAT.

  • certain

SWAT team and automatic weapons for pot. What, slow day in the hood? Probably planned on executing the kid, since he wasn’t there they terrorized grandma and shot the dog. And the dog was probably more deserving of life than any of the thugs who killed him. Well, guys, all I can say is enjoy it while it lasts.

  • gina

Oh donno, Common Sense. Our dog, who guarded my child with his life, was shot with a needle and thrown in a plastic bag for doing what the police would not! Protect my child from some perv (like you probably) who was stalking her!!! Why don’t you take off that badge, quit stalking these sites, and get some mental help and fast???-!!! I guess you don’t believe that Patrick Sullivan raped a 13-year old boy, traded meth-for-sex with young men trying to get clean, was named Sheriff of the Year by President Clinton, had the very jail he wound up in named after him, spent a couple of months in jail under sentencing by Judge Sylvestor (same one with the movie theater shooter and he’ll throw the book at that nut – but let off his buddy)and Sullivan appointed his meth dealers into security positions at schools! Bodies turning up in ditches, he’s out, probably raping our kids again, yet creeps like you still refuse to face the truth. You must be one sick, evil monster. Why dogs have to die, yet people like you are out roaming the streets is beyond normal people. You are grossly lacking in character, pal, to say the least.

  • Jacki

    Common Sense,

The womans name as you probably missed in this “hippy crew reporting”, is Phyllis. She is a mother, a grandmother, etc. She would be missed by many, had she had another stroke and passed away. Im sure U would feel the same had this incident happened to you or your family. Do you know what its like to just have a family pet come up missing, no less being shot in your home and hearing it running around bleeding to death, scared and hurting? Nobody to put it out of its misery? Im sure there are pets out there that will protect their owners, but I do believe that this was not the case and if it was there are other ways to subdue the pet as Im sure you know. This was tragic and uncalled for!

  • jayduba

Preemptive strike, eh Common? A common police tactic, to demonize the victim. Got that from the Bad Cop Handbook, didn’t ya? We’re getting used to it, from you and your ilk.

  • Centurion

Common fuck face, I want 5 minutes in the ring with you to put you in the nearest ICU and I will happily pay for all the damage to your fat ass wife beating face you got please Wed. 6PM Springfield fighting club every week . Your a wife beatin sketch Monkey troll thats the bottom line . All these cops should be arrested for animal cruelty a Felony in NY. I will call this suck ass loser dept.

  • Ron

@Centurion, what makes you think that some crooked cop sympathizer that has nothing better to do than to spends his time trolling anonymously on CopBlock would ever dare show his face? The guy is obviously a frustrated chump that’s hell bent on hating on this site, and yet, for whatever reason, he can’t seem to stop his addiction to reading these posts. I suspect he’s one of the officers that has been profiled on this site before. You know, it would be nice if someone at CopBlock.org would check his IP address and see where he was commenting from. I got money that says he’s doing it on the job.

  • Nod

What baffles me is that you guys continue to respond to Common Sense despite the fact that he’s an obvious troll.

  • arthur berg

how does that cop jizz taste common fuckface?? im waiting for the day that you get roughed up by the pigs oh wait seeing how you have a hard on for the clowns in uniform, you would probably enjoy it for all i know you would probably say thank you sir may i have another?

  • Bryanne B.

So, for all intents and purposes, he would condone a gun to the head of a 2 year-old….

    A two year-old child.

How absolutely fucked in the head do you have to be to think this clown deserves a job? What in the fresh hell could a two year old do that is so dangerous to a cop that would require holding a firearm to the child’s head?

Safety my ass. I hope this elderly lady gets some justice.

  • Ziggy

They deserve to be put up against a wall and executed in the town square. Quick trial, guilty of treason, execution. Wanton abuse of American citizens at will, whenever they want, with no repercussions whatsoever. Enemies of the American people.

  • Dan

    @Centurion

    you are funny!

  • Ed

It was the ladies fault, of course! Police NEVER do anything wrong. Not only should these cop apologists be tracked down via IP addresses, we should note the times of their posts. They probably are on duty using department computers, which is illegal. If they are not real cops, who are they then?

My house was the first house raided by the wayne county drug task force back in 2006.Needless to say, they found nothing in my house , but did manage to cause over 30k in damages, jailed me for 4 days for having a gun that was planted by police.End rusult no charges ever , but my house was destroyed.

    @Centy

Why did you stop ending your comments with ‘I AM CENTURION.’ I really liked that but most of my friends said it made you to be a faggot crossdresser or something. I bet you watch ’300′ alot.

As far as a fight, no mat or gloves for me thanks. We can knuckle up right in the street. Don’t worry, cops won’t show up. So I will make sure as to not hyperextend your ankle so you can hobble your ass to the dentist to reset your lower jaw. I would like, however, to keep whatever teeth I knock out of your liberal pussy skull. I would like to keep a momento of our brief encounter. Maybe make a keychain out of them.

Like I said yesterday common…you are a coward because you feel it’s the police’s duty to protect us when your dead wrong. Oh she “probably was selling oxycodone, and probably had a .357″
PROBABLY? how dare you acuse copblock of inaccurate reporting when your sitting there making assumptions about some old granny who can’t even walk straight. Your a posterboy for cowardice. Gotta have the boys in blue protect you now….BITCH.

April 17, 2002, in Prescott, Arizona, local heroes threw a 90-year-old woman on the floor, handcuffed her and executed her 31-year-old grandson while she and his 3-year-old son watched. The officer who pulled the trigger was never even put on leave; he is now a Prescott police lieutenant.

  • Ed

A while back I got what turned out to be a prank call from someone threatening me. Well, I called the police and they tracked the kids throw away cell phone. The brats were sure scared when a major crimes detective knocked on their door. Can’t track in a wireless age? Keep dreaming.

  • Common Sense

    @Ed

Please, be my guest, you call the police department in your city. You tell them there is a really, really mean guy that posts mean stuff on an anti-police website. Maybe you could call the DOJ or the FBI.

I’ll wait for the SWAT team.

Filing suit 10 years later? Someone needs a check…

“Town Attorney Ivan Legler said he referred the lawsuit to the Arizona Municipal Risk Retention Pool, which in turn has appointed Larry Crown and associates at Jennings, Haug & Cunningham of Phoenix to represent the town and the officers.

Legler noted the Yavapai County Attorney’s Office declined to file charges against the police officers in Smith’s death.

The shooting occurred after Smith came at three officers with a knife during a domestic violence call April 17 in the 5200 block of Stetson Drive. The officers answered the call at 3:57 p.m. from Meloche, who said her husband grabbed her by the hair, pulled her to the floor, threatened her with a taser and told her he was going to kill her, police Administrative Sgt. Brandon Bonney said at the time.

Smith, who taught an alcohol awareness class, reportedly drank beer and was intoxicated before the incident.

The confrontation escalated to Smith charging at the officers with a knife after they entered his house, according to an investigation that the Arizona Department of Public Safety conducted.

The lawsuit states Smith “snapped” after he and Meloche argued, and details an account leading to the shooting.

“Smitty had never before been physically violent with her during their arguments,” it states.

The lawsuit criticizes the police’s handling of Smitty.

“There were no exigent circumstances for officers to rush into the home,” it states. “Yet that is exactly what they did.”

Moral, don’t rush towards 3 cops armed with a knife.

  • Ron

    Dear Common Stupidity,

    1) We know you think you’re some smart, common sense, tough guy.

    2) We know you are a big pussy.

So, apparently, you can setup a meet where we could “knuckle up” and you can assure us the cops won’t stop by. Really? Seriously, who do you think you are kidding?

You’re biggest the coward trolling Copblock! If you weren’t such a big pussy, you wouldn’t be anonymizing yourself at Starbucks just to look at a website made by “hippies” as you like to say.

I mean look at yourself and think hard, smart guy…WTF are you so afraid of? One of these skinny liberals actually calling you out on your bullshit? Maybe sending you a mean email or giving you a call to talk things out? Or maybe, you’re truly afraid of someone stopping by and taking you up on the offer to throw down. Yeah, I bet that’s it because we also know you are…full of shit.

All you have is baseless vitriol and a lot of time on your hands. You’re probably some unemployed chump that wished he could be a cop and didn’t make the cut.

You’re pathetic. Go fuck yourself. You seem to do a great job at that.

Would copblock possibly include a news link to it’s stories?

    Funny how this works.

So I just googled the womans name by itself and got 4 consecutive hits from a news agency called “by davy”… lol, Its the same cat who wrote this article..

Did this even happen? Is it a case of “The war is not with Oceania but with eastasia”

    “Down with Goldtein”??

  • enslave keene

    this “by davy” claims that and I quote;

In fact I receive an average of 20-25 calls weekly from people who either themselves, or a loved one, has been abused, harassed, or assaulted by law enforcement.

Ok, sure… No calls to internal affairs or the state police but 25 calls a week to “by davy” God you cant make this stuff up!

    To the commentors of Copblock.

We have been tracking the subject known as “Common Sense” who has been posting insensitive comments here for some time. Comments alone are not a violation but other actions he has taken part in, is punishable under federal law. I cannot comment on this completely, but we do know that he is adapt at hiding his digitial whereabouts but we do know he resides in Lower Manhattan. We have been asked by several organizations to attempt to locate him as he has secretly accessed several computer servers and that alone is a federal offense. Based on trapping software, we know he is employed in the financial sector, and is almost constantly online monitoring stock markets world wide as well as FOEX. I encourage all of you to simply ignore his comments.

I now talk directly to ‘Common Sense.’ I am confident that you will read this. I would address you as David Lister, but we both know that is not your identity. I must warn you, repeated intrusions can be considered consecutive counts under federal law. I encourage you to simply stop your actions. Commenting in the ‘blogosphere’ is common and enjoyable, but you take this to another level. You have corrupted not one, but two servers costing those businesses several thousands of dollars. Additionaly, entering the electronic traffic sign server in New York City and altering the warnings to comical phrases was not funny. Lastly, an MEA on my governmental email address will be your undoing.

I trust this will serve as your final warning “Common Sense.”

This comments section reminds me of third grade recess. Maybe some of those posting are younger than you think?

I can’t vouch for the veracity of most of the stories, but I don’t see this as an “anti-cop blog at all”. It IS pointing out cops who cross the line and become criminals themselves, operating under color of authority. Any decent cop would, I think, approve of it. I worked ambulance for over a decade, some of that in some big cities, and cops who pulled crap like this were detested by the ones who actually tried to do their jobs right. The cops I knew were proud of never having had to draw their guns in a long career. They would never have drawn their guns on a dog just because it was barking. ANY dog will bark at a stranger who’d forced their way into a home. As for their treatment of the old woman, that was absolutely beyond the pale. This one call should have gotten them fired AND jailed.

Since the deliberate militarization of L.E. all over the country, thugs are being hired more and more often. They’re about one step up on the violence scale from the idiots TSA hires – the wannabes who are too scared to try to be actual cops. The police in America have been and are being turned into a cross between a standing army – exactly like what the Founders warned us about – and a street gang. THAT is what needs to be addressed. Castle laws should be reinstated everywhere – and would be if this was still a “free country”. Creatures like these don’t realize what they’re doing to the country by indulging their enjoyment of bullying, and they wouldn’t care if someone told them. They’re America’s Brownshirts, they’re the kind who would have become S.S.

I see this resolving in one of two ways. If the takeover isn’t stopped and a recovery begun, they’ll just continue to get worse, torturing pets and children before they kill. If America DOES finally wake up and the complicit authorities don’t do the jobs they’re supposed to and continue to rely on being backed up by other complicit entities in the government, we’re going to start seeing some gruesome decorations hanging from tree limbs and lamp posts, a la “Strange Fruit”. Even the most trampled and drugged up, brainwashed people have a limit somewhere, and this is exactly the kind of behavior that will find it soonest.

    Ron, you said the following.

“This story is making huge news worldwide!”

Maybe you can provide me a source to this story from the “reporting” point of view and not the anti-cop angle.

I am seeking one singular objective story on this from any news source other than a libertarian or anarchist news source.

My top 5 hits on yahoo and google are from the author of this story. When I search the local newspaper in this town I cant find a thing?

  • http://toxiccops.com Ron

enslave keene – I do apologize for my overreaction. It was a default statement and it appears the story is not making news with reputable media outlets (e.g., Fox News, ABC or local affiliates).

In my opinion, although I do feel horrible for this elderly lady (if the story is authenticated), the story probably is not important to the local media because I’m sure (stories are out there) this has happened more that once in various cities.

I’m not a fear monger and It’s my strong belief that NOT all cops are bad! The focus on police officers (compared to bad cashiers) is because a police officer (and it has happened) can lie about evidence and therefore a person’s freedom is compromised due to a rogue cop.

Do more research on this story and get back to [email protected]

The fact that someone like common sense is assigned to monitor and disrupt this forum, apparently 24/7, means we are most certainly having an impact on the morale of law enforcement.

Plus all the hilariously stupid things he says are absolutely priceless. It’s like a never ending Monty Python skit put together by inbred, drunken Keystone Cops.

  • Rita

Ron, if there were good cops, they would police their own ranks and the bad ones wouldn’t get away with this kind of shit.

The same bunch of brave heroes who protected and served Shannon Allen’s grandmother and young son came to my house a year later, minus Ken Morley. While several of them held 2 very scary preschoolers at bay outside by threatening them with assault weapons, the rest were inside watching in admiration as their fearless leader Charles Winn stuck his handgun in the face of a 1-year-old child.

They don’t just “condone putting a gun” to a child’s head, they do it ALL THE TIME. The children are merely one more weapon they use to demoralize and terrify the parents. The lasting effect on the kids? The long-term cost to society? Who cares? Certainly not the police.

  • RonD

I guess I need to change my name on here since there’s another Ron.

    @Glenn

It would be great to actually have a few police officers assigned to talk about these issues in an honest, open way. If they’ve been assigned to be disruptive, than I think would be egregiously pathetic and risky, because it would pretty easy to discover them considering how much @CommonSense has posted his abusive retorts on here.

And I doubt it. I know there ARE police officers monitoring this website, but most of them I think are doing it out curiosity and just to keep an eye on what is the latest that’s being posted. But I don’t think there’s any real effort to be disruptive and I really doubt that @CommonSense is a cop.

I think he’s just frustrated chump.

Rita – Respectfully, it is irrational to say all cops are bad! Heck, that’s like saying all postal workers are bad or gas station attendants are all bad. It’s an irrational thought and assumption.

  • enslave keene

    Rita and Glenn,

“Common sense” isnt asking for a news source, I am. All I want is to hear, watch or read from 1, uno, single source about this case other than a biased reporter or one with an agenda. Something along the lines of factual who, what, where, when… The why is what is left to opinion.

I have scoured the web looking for this source and can not find it? Why is that? Until I do, I have no good reason to believe this even went down. There has got to be more integrity to this than a facebook page or an independent film maker who has an axe to grind.

It’s no different than trying to get an accurate “skinny” on the American health care system from someone like Michael Moore, there is just no credibility.

For the 5th time on this blog does anyone or can anyone please provide some verifiable content to the charges? PLEASE?

  • http://toxiccops.com Ron

enslave keene – Please, I was eating when you mentioned Michael Moore.

What is behind this woman’s motivation to say the police raided her home and killed her dog?

Honestly, I do not think the story will make the headlines because this type of behaviors seem to be accepted as the norm by overzealous cops.

I wrote to the chief of police and I’m waiting on his reply.

  • RonD

As much I dislike @Enslave Keene, he’s got a point. These blog post need to be sourced better or they’re worthless. I think how little that’s been uncovered on this story means this was unfortunately is not worth much. The writer should comment.

@common, I’m telling ya, all y’all brothers with badges better start watching each others backs closer. were that my grandmother, i’d be practicing my old marine sniper talents on a SWAT team and commander.

  • enslave keene

    @DK

But you know nothing about this woman. We dont know that she didnt have drugs galore, weapons, or anything else hidden in her apartment..

We dont know these things because there is not 1 story in the news to verify any of this. There is absolutely no evidence (as of yet) this even happened.

Why threaten other cops over an unverifiable story?

  • enslave keene

This is very poor journalism. If I had turned something like this into my high school newspaper I would probably receive a suspension for liable.

Lets start with the headline…”75 Year Old Grandmother Held Down at Gunpoint on Bathroom Floor by Wayne County, NY Sheriff’s deputies and Macedon, NY Police as they Shoot and Kill her Dog.”

Okay? So what then? Some cops just arbitrarily chose some elderly woman and bumrushed her house? Cmon! The article itself is absent of any predicates relating to the subject matter. There are no footnotes or biblios.. Aside from a facebook page from the victim.

At one point the author refers to a grainy photo of a staircase and wants the reader to believe a dog suffered a horrible death.

How do I know that isnt red wine stains or a spaghetti sauce? Any photos of the dog? Did the police restrain this woman while they “cleaned up” the joint? If so then why not replace the carpet 1st. I mean this is a police cover up right? Spare no expense!!

The assumptive dialouge in this article is like something out of the “Onion” news. Am I the only one thats sees this?

  • Common Sense

    @enslave

I have not found a link to the ‘incident’ either. I think Davy made it up.

  • Common Sense

    @DK

Yes, yes, we all know ‘if it were your (insert relative)’ you would go apeshit. Yeah, we’ve heard it all before. Blah blah blah.

  • Ron

I’m going to reach out to this woman. (if she exist) and question her. Also, the chief has not replied to my email. I’m doubting this story more every hour.

  • DKSuddeth

common, I did not say ‘apeshit’. apeshit would imply uncontrollable anger. I assure you that I would be extremely controlled. controlled breathing, controlled trigger squeeze, and controlled evacuation.

  • Common Sense

    “evacuation?”.

That’s like shitting your pants isn’t it?

  • Common Sense

On Davy V website he talks about his interaction with the chief and the reluctance of the real media to report on this….then he asks for money.

  • DKSuddeth

shitting your pants is what you’d end up doing for fear that the next round has your name on it.

  • Rita

Ron, postal workers don’t have any authority to police their own ranks. Cops do. And they don’t. For every one who shoots, beats, Taser’s, chokes, intimidates, rapes and robs, there are dozens, hundreds, who fail to intervene and refuse to testify. Therefore, I stand by my assertion that there aren’t any good cops.

  • Regina

What I can say to any of you skeptics (legit, and unfortunately the evil/crazy/obsessed-with-CopBlock ones like “Common Sense”), is taking this story at its face value or not (and it IS real), for some of us, until we have it happen personally, we wouldn’t believe any of it about cops either. But I speak as someone who HAS had it happen and bullied and even followed into my JOB, and most importantly my CHILD PUT IN DANGER by the very ones sworn to protect her and our beloved dog euthanized (nice word for murder)for going after someone he felt threatened my child, and lost jobs from a stalker calling and making remarks about me, and falsey prosecuted and lied about by police because I’m standing up to them (finally), is that IT’S OVER as they knew it. We on all sides, all backgrounds, all races, everyone, are finding out the truth and we are shocked (or were) and SICKENED!!!! It’s over. The masses are waking up. Common Sense, there is really nothing we can say to you. You’re too far gone. Really, really crazy and obsessed and sick.

  • Common Sense

    @Ray Jay

I think you have a persecution complex.

And unless something else, more factual comes out, I’ll call this story fiction…

  • Regina

Common Sense, clearly you have flunked life. Put yourself out of your misery. You will be better off and it will make the world a little of a brighter place. You obviously are a very sick monster that is jealous a and obsessed with the guys in Keene. You’ve become a sick nusance which no doubt is part of what you want, mall cop. Some in life just don’t make it or get it. But your fixation on these guys is very weird. Why don’t you just tell us who you are. You’ll say anything else. What’s the matter? Too much of a coward sitting in his mother’s basement eating donuts and watching kids go by in the window?

  • Common Sense

…again, all that was asked for was proof? It certainly doesn’t seem that hard.

….unless, of course, it never happened.

  • Jere F. Moore

If there is anything to this, then get it to Bill O’Reilly.

  • enslave keene

Well going on 9 days now and still patiently awaiting one single source barring Davy V..

At this point I am willing to accept a local police blotter that every small newspaper has in it to which cops were even called to this lady’s address?

    Anyone? Bueller?

  • anthony loquasto

    What proof. U want

  • enslave keene

    Anthony,

    What proof do I want?

Anything that would fall into the proof category, such as anything outside of your ebonic tirade or Davy V’s armchair journalism.

  • Grizzle

I hope these scumbags choke on their own vomit and fucking DIE.

  • Pat F

Has there been any updates to this case? Has the family gone to court?
