The refusal to identify…

The alleged dumping of  the guy’s change on the ground. Wonder if the “warrant” was for another “bike headlight” offense.  But really, they’ve got the brights lights and flashlights, why wouldn’t they help him pick up his coins?

The individual who uploaded this video is a great contributor to transparency in his community.

Excellent post of police being professional. I did notice the leading questions, “..do you think they let you go because of me?”

“No, they already letting me go…”

  • Death to Redcoats

Yes.. they were letting him go.. after they violated his fourth amendment.. but then again they could of arrested him on the warrant. Either way he don’t sound american to me.. so fuck it.. it’s all gravy in my book.

  • underoath

Wow. Even the guy that was having the interaction with the police acknowledged that they were nice and polite, yet people still want to bitch. They could have taken the guy to jail, but they cut him a break and let him go.

    Take off the blinders.

  • underoath

Oh and I love the use of the words “apparently” and “likely”….very nice.

Cop Block is now borrowing/showing videos from a police blog internet page, good for them.

POLICE OFFICER RAPES A THREE MONTH OLD INFANT AND A ONE YEAR OLD CHILD!

When you see common sense, t., underoath, psosgt and all the other shills spew their boot-licking propaganda here on Cop Block, remember, THIS IS WHAT THEY STAND FOR, AND THIS IS WHAT THEY DEFEND!

Wichita KS police officer Officer Joseph T. McGill, 28, was convicted today of committing a sexual act on a 3-month-old child and a 1-year-old child. Officer McGill pleaded guilty in January 2012 in an unrelated case to sexual battery while on duty as a police officer and was sentenced to three years probation. Those charges stemmed from separate incidents in November 2010 and February 2011. The judge set sentencing for March 1:

Getting tired of reading the same post Glenn. How ’bout you skip the next hit of meth and realize that time has passed and you need to post something else. Loser…

How is “you have to go through the proper channels to ask me my name” professional? When a cop hides behind bureaucracy it shows they either understand they’re doing something wrong or don’t have the capacity to differentiate right from wrong. In the context of unconstitutional orders, I don’t know which would be more frightening.

    UnderOath and Common Sense,

Hey guys just admit it. Its quite obvious your both COPS. Why can’t you two just openly admit it to the rest of us?

One other thing, you guys sure spend a lot of time on this website – more so than me.

  • underoath

Don’t worry about how I spend my free time.

Exellent post of police being professional assholes.

  • jayduba

Sorry, excellent. Common , are you professional too? I think you are.

  • Common Sense

I can’t seem to recall Chris, what was the dollar amount to paid in tax for public safety? Perhaps you answered the question, but maybe you could re-post your answer.

Common Sense – your question is ridiculous! Just the kind of question I would expect from a COP! I mean really, you expect me to know the exact dollar amount I pay for COPs services. The dollar amount is going to vary every year.

The fact is you being a COP, don’t want to acknowledge that us citizens that DO pay our taxes pay for your “worthless” services every year.

Get a life COP – oh that explains it – your a COP!!!

  • Common Sense

I thought so…you pay nothing because you don’t pay property taxes.

I quite positive that any real property owner here knows how much they pay annually in taxes. Its rather easy if you have the ability to read.

Perhaps you should ask your mom or dad…

  • Chris

That’s just what I thought Common Sense. Another bullshit answer! Did I mention anything about property taxes? Hey asshole my question to you is how much do you pay?

No answer just as I thought or another bullshit answer! How do you COPS live with yourselves every day living off the tax payer?

  • Chris

one more thing Common Sense. GO FUCK YOURSELF you piece of shit COP!!!

  • Common Sense

Right, I mentioned property taxes, as they are typically the means at which the police/fire are funded. Some areas have special ‘public safety’ millages and sales/fuel tax rarely go towards overall police services.

Since you have no answer, its clear that you don’t pay anything towards public safety, and thus your previous statement of ‘I (we) pay your salary’ is invalid since you’ve shown that you pay nothing. I at first thought you were not only very well off but very philanthropic (I know, big word). Since paying the ‘salary’ of an officer is anywhere from $50,000 to $100,000 annually considering pay and benefits.

But in fairness, I pay around $84.00/yr.

Think of it this way, any ill treatment you may earn at the hands of the police, you get it for free…

  • Chris

I’m truely impressed NO Common Sense! “Philanthropic” – wow… I had to look it up.

Definition of PHILANTHROPIC (I very big word)
1: of, relating to, or characterized by philanthropy : humanitarian
2: dispensing or receiving aid from funds set aside for humanitarian purposes

I’m also impressed that you know how much you pay a year for “public safety”.

    I do have an answer:
No I do not know the exact dollar amount I pay every year for “public safety”. But I do know that I pay for your “worthless services” being a tax payer and a property owner.

And what about your statement about 90% of the people that visit this website don’t pay your salary? Over half the people in this country are property owners. Even if “one” rents their still paying for your “worthless services” indirectly.

Common Sense your a “piece-of-shit” (I know, small words).

    Definition of piece-of-shit
    (1) a worse than worthless object or person; an object or person that holds no value or redeeming qualities whatsoever

    (2) a stupid, low-life, self-righteous human being who makes life a living hell for themselves and others

    (3) a small portion of human or animal fecal matter; waste excrement

Also, you could have made up a number, and it would have been acceptable, but your constant avoidance only shows that I was right, again…

…move along citizen, nothing to see here.

  • Chris

just as I thought… You just can’t admit that most of us “citizens” pay your salaries. A COP who thinks he is always right. This is a perfect example of why us “citizens” cannot have a reasonable conversation with a “LEO”. There are two separate classes in this country us “citizens” and you “LEOs”.

Here is another one for you LEO with NO Common Sense:

    Story #1
Salida, lawyer settle free speech suit for $43,000
    http://www.9news.com/news/article/312512/222/Salida-lawyer-settle-free-speech-suit-for-43000

Lawyer Daniel Zettler says that during a boat race in 2011 in Salida, Colorado he shouted to a man who was being detained by officers, “Don’t forget your constitutional right to remain silent.”
Zettler says one officer arrested him on a charge of obstructing a police officer. The Salida Municipal Court later dismissed the charge. Zettler had argued he had a First Amendment right to advise the detained man.
Zettler’s attorney David Lane says the settlement money in the amount of $43,000 was paid on January 23. Settlement documents indicate $17,350 of the amount went to Zettler’s attorneys.
Every penny of the settlement was tax dollars – not only are you forced to pay the salary of the officer who took such actions, you are forced to pay for his mistakes.

  • Common Sense

Well, not you Chris, you don’t pay taxes.
