CopBlock.org is working to draw attention to Jeffrey Weinhaus’s situation, for support and transparency
Jeffrey Weinhaus was shot four times on September 11, 2012 by Henry Folsom. Scott Mertens, Folsom’s colleague at the Missouri State Highway Patrol, was also present at the exchange.
The incident was “investigated” by individuals who wear the same badges.
Weinhaus was airlifted, received medial attention, and recovered.
He’s currently caged in Franklin County jail and has levied at him eight charges, with a three-day trial date set to begin on April 30, 2013.

He was to meet the officers for them to serve a search warrant. He showed up with a gun and an attitude. The officers told him to put down the weapon, he didn’t and he became aggressive. That is why he was shot. All the media who have reported this story says the same thing. Now he is looking at many many years behind bars with the only worry of how not to be rump ranged in the shower.

Serioulsy Spappy you should not comment on this thread if you are too lazy to actually read what you are commenting about. It clearly states in Folsom’s statement, and in various other types that they were meeting under the pretense of returning property to him, They even Assured him via phone call that the meeting would only include two officers and was to return his computers. Please read the text….. You are only trying to Troll anything and everything about this case to sway public opinion. Why don’t you try to be a good cop and actually stop crime….
