“Keeping Elizabeth safe is everyone’s job” ……Mayor Chris Bollwage.

Seems like this LEO in Elizabeth, New Jersey didn’t get the message from Mayor Chris Bollwage.

The circumstances behind the incident were not immediately known. Elizabeth Police said they are investigating, and the officer remains on active duty.

Why would this LEO remain on active duty, after seeing this video? Until investigation proves otherwise, wouldn’t a suspension pending investigation be in order?

Reach out the Mayor Ballwage, and the Police Administrators and ask if the motto for the Elizabeth PD being honored.

  • WHY

I wonder how these 2 fools pictured would feel if their wives or daughters were punched in the face like this. Lets find out !

He would remain on active duty as he doesn’t appear to have done anything wrong. She decided to insert herself when the officer was dealing with another party. Now regardless of her relationship with that party (assuming there was one and that is why she got involved)…the office was physically engaged with that party when she grabs the officer. Not acceptable. Hopefully she got arrested too.

    t,

Are we watching the same video? The LEO and the woman are simultaneously walking toward the man (12 to 13 Secs in the Video). At 14 Seconds into the video the woman simultaneously places her arm around the male subject, while the LEO in question “physically engaged” the subject with a poorly performed “leg sweep” which the male subject evades.

Are leg sweeps considered “deescalating” techniques?

After failing to subdue the male subject with the “leg sweep”

The LEO then yells “get on the ground” while forcefully shoving the male subject down to the ground. The causes the female, still “physically engaged” with the male subject, into moving downward and into the LEO, and requesting he not hurt the male subject. The LEO then sizes up the female (for a good second), and then physically engages her with a Police Academy trained “Haymaker” – ‘A powerful forceful punch – When the person swings with full force.’

The LEO inserted the female into the situation, by “escalating” the “physical engagement” prior to providing verbal commands.

Did LEO appear to do something wrong, yes, he “physically assaulted” a woman, when there was no need to do so.

In situations where there is the question of impropriety, i.e., improper behavior, the individaul in question should be removed from interaction with the Community at large, until the “investigation” is concluded.

Beating and raping women is just one of the many perks of being a cop. Just ask common sense, who openly admits to beating women and raping children every chance he gets.

POLICE OFFICER RAPES A THREE MONTH OLD INFANT AND A ONE YEAR OLD CHILD!

When you see common sense, t., underoath, psosgt and all the other shills spew their boot-licking propaganda here on Cop Block, remember, THIS IS WHO THEY ARE, THIS IS WHAT THEY STAND FOR, AND THIS IS WHAT THEY DEFEND!

Wichita KS police officer Officer Joseph T. McGill, 28, was convicted today of committing a sexual act on a 3-month-old child and a 1-year-old child. Officer McGill pleaded guilty in January 2012 in an unrelated case to sexual battery while on duty as a police officer and was sentenced to three years probation. Those charges stemmed from separate incidents in November 2010 and February 2011. The judge set sentencing for March 1.:

Seems like proper force. She actually strikes the officer if you watch closely in the 16 and 17 second mark. She also attempts to interfere.

Interesting how the annoying slowdown of the event starts AFTER those events.

Glenn, it’s getting pretty old. You’re making me care less and less about that story, so please quit posting the same shit…

Poppa: With what you described not having happened in the video attached to this post….I guess my answer is no, we aren’t with in the same video.

  • BigPoppaAZ

    t,

Watch the video, that’s exactly what happened. The video is impartial, sadly you’re not.

  • t.

No. That’s not. Clearly an fight was taking place (we know not why…nor parties involved other than the guy yhte officer engages at a later point)

“deescalating” isn’t always the goal. It appears that the officer was trying to arrest him…not “deescalte” him.

As for the female assaulting the officer. As I clearly and correctly described, she very clearly grabs the officers arm. Now she may very well have wanted to protect the male party (again as I described) but that matters not. Look at her actions / her behavior. SHE inserts herself. SHE unlawfully assaults the officer. And hopefully, she got arrested too.

You may not like what happened, and as I’ve explained many times…I don’t care as its not a popularity contest. The officer singled that male subject out for a reason (again….we don’t knoepw as the the video starts with fight in progress). But your ignoring that total picture…the “totality of the circumstances”. The fight….the male suspect that the officer is trying to take into custody…. the female insert herself because she didn’t want the male suspect arrested. She chose her actions. She chose to insert herself into the situation that didn’t involve her. She chose to grab and assault the officer.

Her actions to be involved where hers to make.

Your expert analysis chooses to ignore all of that as you choose to see through a bias eye.

  • Common Sense

And once again, a fight outside a nightclub in Jersey.

Looks like she made a free will decision to inject herself into the situation and earned a straight punch and a criminal charge.

Your welcome, have a nice day.

On a side note, balance was off, feet too far apart for a solid base for a good strike.

IF you look at the video, no one agrees with what these activists are saying. She was fighting the police, he was out numbered, she got what she had coming to her. I applaud the fact he handled the situation.

  • simpleton

I rarely agree with what the cops have done when I see a video on this site. That being said, when there is a malay (sp?) occurring, stay the f*ck out of it. Sit on the sidelines with a box of popcorn and enjoy the show. Don’t insert yourself into the situation. Inserting yourself into the situation is something a cop would do. And we all know how much we love some of those cops.

  • t.

Poppa: Wow, one of your own doesn’t even agree with your analysis

  • Common Sense

    melee…

  • simpleton

Thanks Common, I knew I screwed that up.
