Luis Gutierrez
According to The Queens Gazette 13-year veteran Luis Gutierrez was arrested and charged with patronizing two prostitutes while he was on duty at the 114th Precinct in Astoria, Queens.
Gutierrez was charged with patronizing a prostitute, official misconduct and conspiracy. He was issued a Desk Appearance Ticket and was immediately suspended from his job, authorities said.
All of these cops fuck around on their wives. They are a criminal gang that wears a uniform and badge, and as we know all gangs deal with SEX. Cops screw around on their wives and girlfriends, and those wives and girlfriends know this but really do nothing because they have been beaten down verbally for years. The way these abusers act on the street is the way they act at home. They are bully’s !

We do, it’s a vehicle called the Citizen Accountability Board. Sadly, most communities have acquiesced and this has become a “Political” organization, rather than a accountability organization.
Doesn’t say whether or not he was suspended with or without pay. He should lose his job for this.
RCS: He most likely will. But remember the concept of “innocent until proven guilty”??? If he hasn’t been convicted….why should he be fired? The mere fact that he even got suspended is clear proof that not only do badges not grant extra rights…but that we surrender many rights that others have.
