   Y’all aren’t doing these motions in the right form/format. On this one the General Affidavit is really an Affirmation or Verification and should be after the main motion. The motion should have a caption heading and the points and authorities should be formated a certain way. There is case law that applies in your favor and which states that pleadings filed by pro per (in pro persona propria) litigants must be construed by the court liberally, not held to the same standard as professional lawyers, but requires another requirement and standard before being dismissed, and the judge must tell you certain explanation or notice in plain English.
   If you want Todd Dodge or other people required to be present at a hearing, you need the court clerk to issue and serve subpoenas on them. I just think that since you two are participating in the statists’ court system, you should do the forms properly so you’ll more likely be taken seriously and succeed.
