Police Accountability Report – Episode 31 (Marc Victor Interview)

I recently had a telephone interview with defense attorney Marc Victor. We discussed the recent US Supreme Court ruling on Kentucky Vs. King and its larger implications on the police state.  You can contact Marc Victor by visiting his website, www.attorneyforfreedom.com

Episode 31 of the podcast was a trimmed down, 5 minute version of this longer interview so that it could play on LRN.FM. Here is the interview in its entirety.

  1. Kinley says:

This guy also defended Pastor Steve Anderson from charges stemming from Border Patrol’s borderless, unwarranted and warrant-less checkpoint of terror.

  2. Richard Lefew says:

You guys are doing a great job. I’m so sick of the manner in which police interact with the public. For some reason whenever the police interact with me, or my friends, it’s a life and death situation, because the police are pointing the gun directly at me, finger on the trigger. I’m just a slight movement of the finger away from being shot dead.

I’m really tired of “officer safety” considerations, which seems to give the police the right to do ANYTHING they want to do. It’s amazing that “officer Safety” seems to be the most important factor in any situation, and justifies everything.

Police created exigency, just like what Supreme Court Ruled on. It doesn’t matter if the police intentionally avoid the requirement for a warrant

  3. Eli Webber says:

Problem with this is as far as a warrant goes it wasn’t verified that there was anything going on in the Apt.until they broke in.and searched the place, without a warrant.they could have been smoking oregano for all they know or tea Etc. i don,t care how you look at it there should have been a warrant issued, before they entered the house.this can cause some really bad problems for the police and citizens, if someone on the inside of there home is intent on protecting his property and rights, and shoots the cops or vice verse, and then if nothing is found in the house.who’s at fault.its not as cut and dry as its made out to be.do it legal and then everyone concerned is protected by the law of the land.part of the trouble is the police are robots nowadays and hypocritical i’ve been to parties where our great protectors, where having a great time smoking weed and drinking doing all the things people do at a party.there human, they need to start treating us that way to we are human ..use some common sense police ..

  4. Eli Webber says:

we really have to monitor the police in lue of recent events in this country. i think it was Illinois or Indiana the whole Sheriff’s Dept. was put under indictment for a whole slew of crimes Drugs you name it .one county has been corrupt for quite some time a whistleblower came forward and blew the whole thing open .yes time to really make them accountable, and don,t sweep it under the rug ..punish them and make damn sure there never in a role as a police officer again period .trouble is they protect there own so its our job to be aware ..

  5. Nick Saorsa says:

The problem with “doing it legally” is that a warrant is just permission for the government, issued by the government, to kill you… see Jose Guerena of Tucson, AZ. They had a warrant, killed the poor guy, and found no criminal activity… and then cleared the SWAT team of any charges.

  6. anne says:

we are losing all rights and the govt is our master. I am afraid of police, judges, military, etc now because of what I have learned in the last couple of years of watching sites like this and other ‘alternative’ sites. The people certainly no longer rule if they ever did in this country and really, have no avenues of recourse. I would love to see statistics on active lawsuits against govt, I bet it thousands. I also bet, most of the time the govt sides with itself instead of the citizen.
