Although I personally don’t think calling an officer a Nazi is proper, it’s not against the law and these cops had no right to arrest this man and charge him with crimes while trespassing on his property. It’s a long video so after the first minute of watching a male officer search a female’s bra while she’s handcuffed, you could skip to 5:45 to watch the confrontation. And If you do skip forward the female was released after the illegal search that she did not consent to.

They collected the possessions on my person and put me in their paddy wagon.
Next all three officers went back into my garage, rummaged through my car and found my dog Ike in the back seat. Ike happily jumped out and pee’d on the grass while the enforcers pointed tasers at him. Then one of the cops discovered the leash from the back seat of my car and put it around his neck, then lead him inside without entering himself.
Next, while I was watching from caged patrol card, they rummaged in the front seat and found one of my many legal firearms. This was all done with the excuse of trying to find the garage door button or opener. The button to the garage door was on the wall, directly behind him but they decided to violate my 4th amendment after kidnapping me for exercising my 1st.
I was informed after they found the garage door opener and closing the door that I would now be charged with “felon in possession of a firearm”. I said, “who’s a felon?” and they shut the door and took me to jail.
Since I was charged with a felony, court appearance would be required to issue a bond. This meant I needed to stay in the felony side of jail with rapists, pedophiles, and others until the next court date. The man I was locked in a small cell came onto me several times and was completely insane.
The next afternoon was court. Upon arriving I was informed the felony gun charge would not be pursued, but the misdemeanor of Disorderly Conduct would stick. They are keeping my camera which contains the evidence of their violations of my rights by suggesting it evidence of my “disorder” charge.
Luckily I was booked on Tuesday, since court is only on Wednesday. Had it been Thursday, I would be locked into the cell for an entire week… all for a bogus charge that was dropped.
Immediately after being released on misdemeanor bond and having spend nearly 24 hours in felony jail, the firearm was returned to my possession.

these cops obviously wanted to find something to charge this guy with. I know exactly how he felt. I also was arrested and charged with obstruction for not letting a cop shoot my dog, with my kids standing directly behind the dog, in the line of fire. like this guy, I also asked the police to leave my property, or at least step out of it until I could put my dog away. They refused and that is when they threatened to shoot the dog. A complaint should be made against the officers with the internal affiars Dept. Even if nothing comes of it, the complaint will stay on the officers record. Stay strong and good luck, keep up the fight!!!!

Funny how these cops were called Gestapo. They certainly Lived up to it. I don’t understand why the camera man allowed these bums onto his property and let himself get kidnapped. Technically he could have easily been killed. Being in this situation with these type of cops is deadly. I can say that the camera saved him from a beatdown but i’m sure that he is a target from this point on. Next time don’t let them onto the property.

Other than telling them they were trespassing and that doesn’t want them on his property what more could he do? Isn’t this the point? That being the police live by a different standard of the law than the one they serve?
The man couldn’t be expected to arm himself and try to protect his property that way as that would have seen him shot down in the street like a dog…and the cops would say they were justified in doing it…
This happened on the opposite end of my state. Those pigs were pudgy enough, and disregarded the Bill Of Rights as usual. He has a First Amendment right to express himself by calling them anything he wants. He has a Fourth Amendment right to be secure from illegal search and seizure in his home as long as the cops are without a valid warrant. As far as I know, there is no law nor circumstance of the situation that requires him to provide ID.

No, I’m not, NOT “defending the cops”, although, despite what they did, they really did it fairly peacefully. Not the worst cops ever, by far. Still they could have just talked to the guy, and let it go. But DUDE, when you yell to cops like you did, I say, “YOU INVITED THEM ONTO YOUR PROPERTY WHEN YOU YELLED AT THEM! That’s on YOU, “illuminati-dude”! First Amendment my ass, what you did was uneccesarily verbally harass the cops. Stupid. And, I’m sure you were scared, but you coulda’ dropped the “paranoid psycho” thing, & talked with the cops like an adult. Hey, Bradford, ever heard of the first amendment? Calling a cop a nazi is NOT against the law! If they don’t like being called nazi’s maybe they shouldn’t be acting like them. The police here completely used their “authority” to harass this man…WHO DID NOT COMMIT ANY CRIME. The police trespassed (a crime), asked for his ID so they could run his name (without probable cause OR reasonable suspicion) and arrested him for “contempt of cop”.

Just because you have the RIGHT to do something doesnt always mean you should. Nobody knows why the young lady was stopped so to say HER rights were being violated is absurd. She may have consented to the search of her vehicle for all we know. I love how people are so quick to use the term “Nazi” when talking about the Police.
