Does this look like a cop sexually assaulting a girl?

I have worked in the ER and Trauma wards during some of my training, and on a few such occasions, I assisted female rape victims. What you’ll see in this video will blow your mind. It just made me think of the horror stories those poor women told me they had suffered through.

What I see here is a man with a badge, who jumps on the back of a female without ever saying she’s under arrest, as he pulls up her skirt multiple times and puts his crotch against hers, holds her there for about 2 minutes while she’s screaming over and over, “Stop! What are you doing? No! Leave me alone!” Meanwhile, he is trying to pin her arms behind her and handcuff her, getting his kicks saying “stop resisting,” over and over, despite the fact that she is just laying there, offering no real resistance. That sounds a lot like sexual assault or molestation. There was some hair pulling and wrapping it in the handcuffs too, which begin to give it the appearance of an S&M porn scene, except of course, this young lady is by no means consenting to the brutal treatment she received.

Pervert cop trying to get his rocks off? Or legitimate use of force to apprehend a criminal suspect? In my experience working around the police, I have never seen it take two officers nearly 2 minutes to handcuff a young woman of maybe 120 lbs. At only 21 years old, many people would still consider her a girl. A girl that is laying there pretty much naked as this cop grinds his crotch into her. A girl who will have to live with that trauma for the rest of her life, in a society that will not just excuse, but venerate her attacker, while blaming her, the victim, for the abuse she suffered. Furthermore, that same society will expect that in the future, she not only react with deference and show at least outward respect for state “authority” as it is embodied in the persons of officers such as these, but to trust them to “serve and protect” her. A more thorough and traumatic transgression against her body, mind and spirit can scarcely be imagined. I’m sorry for anyone who has been the victim of sexual assault, it is a violation of a scale I can’t bear to imagine.
