Florida Fish and Wildlife Agents Harass Fisherman! For What?
On the way home from work I noticed these State Agents harassing, searching and checking for papers. Is America the Land Of The Free if you can’t even fish without a permission slip from the government? Why is it that if you are hunting or fishing you must forfeit your 4th amendment rights to be free from unreasonable searches and seizures? How do these agents justify their actions…driving up in $40,000 Ford F250’s, wearing thousands of dollars worth of equipment,looking for any reason to loot, harass, and search these citizens?
