Cop who Pepper Sprayed Derrick Interviewed about the Incident

In September Derrick, seen in the video below, was arrested for attending a dance party then pepper sprayed for stating he didn’t want to get in the police car. Recently Derrick had a chance to seek an apology from the individual who pepper sprayed him. See video below.
