There was a surprise DUI checkpoint on my way home from work. I had a local office supply store print the cards seen in the video for me. Remaining silent is your right. The best way to talk to police is to NOT talk to police. Even if you can not afford a lawyer, having the card stating a lawyer has advised you to remain silent is enough to place doubt on the cop escalating the situation for fear of being sued. Know your rights and use them, or be prepared to lose them.
No police were hurt in the recording of this video.
