Freedom Watch (& Guest) Comment About CB.org Bloggers’ Wrongful Arrests
Judge Napolitano, the host of Freedom Watch, recently had a segment titled “Cops Caught on Camera.” The Judge was joined by Radley Balko, senior editor at Reason Magazine, and the duo talked about recent police abuses caught on tape and even covered Pete Eyre’s and my wrongful arrests in Jones County, Mississippi in May of 09′.
Radley states (start video at 5:20), “We now know that somebody in that – the Jones County, Mississippi Sheriff’s Department – deleted evidence in a criminal case. That person needs to be prosecuted.” The Judge goes to say that deleting evidence is obstruction of justice which carries a 20 year sentence whether you’re a cop or civilian. Radley concludes that the DA (Wayne Thompson) and Judge (one of several – Gaylord Harper) need to be investigating it.
If only everyone could see things as clearly as everyone else does.
