Anaheim PD take mugshots of innocent high school boys in public – filmed by Orange County CopWatch

Went out riding with a buddy in Orange County California and saw several police goons conducting some sort of investigation on high school boys. Of course I always immediately pull out the camera and start filming, I am instantly being asked questions by one of the LEO’s. I refuse to answer his questions and they go about their business. Shortly after, one of the LEOs started taking mugshot-style photographs of both teens, obviously embarrassing the boys and intimidating them into more mindless sheepy drones. I found it appalling that these grown men are taking photos of boys no older than 15, after not finding anything during a search and investigation. After asking questions I am met with 3 pissy officers frantically trying to explain this absolute nonsense.
