Interview with a former police defensive tactics instructor

This week, I spent an hour on Ernest Hancock’s Declare Your Independence radio show while we interviewed a former head of the police academy’s defensive tactics instructor for a state on the East Coast.  John Blue has trained nearly 1000 police officers.  In this interview, we touch on many topics like filming police, pain compliance, and misuse of tasers.  Some of you may be wondering why I spent an hour in a room with this man… fortunately, that’s an easy question to answer. John Blue saw the light about 2.5 years ago and quit his job. He is now a supporter of voluntary interaction and privatization of police forces.
