Hagerstown Police Brutalize & Arrest Girl After She Was Hit By A Car

A disturbing video posted to Facebook by Robin Ficker Law Office shows Hagerstown, Maryland police repeatedly mace a young girl for refusing medical treatment after she was hit by a car on her bike.

 

Robin Ficker Law Office posted this video late Tuesday night with the following information:

This little girl, 5 ft. 105 lbs, was brutalized by Hagerstown police after, she, on her bike, was hit by a car, but refused medical treatment. They slammed her against a wall, arrested her for refusing treatment, maced her 4 times in the police car while handcuffed, and took her to the police station instead of the hospital!

In the video you can hear the man recording talking to police. The officer makes wild claims that they are looking out for the girls best interest and tries to sound reasonable, although the madness of the situation makes him sound less like a man of reason and more like a tyrannical robot croaking out automatic responses that have no basis in his current reality.

Since I have been beaten and arrested under almost the exact same circumstances, I do not find the police actions here as unbelievable as I wish I could. The fact is that any interaction at all with a cop is a chance you will be beaten, robbed, imprisoned or killed. Even when you are helpless and at the bottom of your luck, police will not hesitate to complicate, ruin or end your life.

Without the police, nobody would be brutalizing children who were just hit by a car. Oh what a horrible world that would be. Abolish the police.
