Norfolk Constabulary Special Constable Refuses Collar Number

I visited the city of Norwich, UK where Norfolk Constabulary Police officers and Special Constables were policing a football match. I decided to approach a Special Constable who I knew, namely SC Jason Moran 7528 and another Special Constable who I did not know, namely SC 7605. I asked her for her collar number and she refused to give it. Instead she completely ignored me. Eventually both officers decided to go on patrol “to avoid your unwarranted attention” and I followed them around the city and back. – Marcus D Potter

Brian Sumner
