Justice Still Pending for Patricia Cook
We covered a story a couple months ago about the murder of Patricia Cook, a 54 year old homemaker and Sunday school teacher who was shot to death in the broad daylight while she was driving her car. The LEO who shot her, Daniel Harmon-Wright, explained that she rolled the window of her vehicle up on his arm and attempted to drive away. He shot her to death in front of her church in self defense.
However, a nearby observer, Kris Buchele, reported that his story was a fabrication. He observed the officer shoot her from outside of her car, shattering her front window with the first shot.
We are happy to report that Harmon-Wright was arrested last month on four charges, including one for murder. The case is still being investigated.
In the meantime, Cook’s brother and church members have started a memorial fund called “The Pat Cook Living Memorial – Christ and Crafts” fund. Her family still awaits justice.
