Officer shoots man holding a stick

This event occurred on June 9th 2012 near Anchorage, Alaska. The man shot was Shane Tsai. If that officer was armed only with rubber bullets, that man would still be alive. Police officers should not be executioners. I’m not saying it’s ever wise to rush a police officer, especially with a weapon of any sort, but those officers don’t need to be killing people. Even a taser would have done the job just fine.
