A Message From A Co-Founder of Ohio Valley Cop Block
I’ll start with a shout out to Ademo, Pete, and all other individuals that realize the long-term benefit of holding officers accountable for their actions.
They claim to PROTECT and SERVE; are you a believer?
My name is Chris Davis and I am one of the founders of the Ohio Valley Cop Block chapter, along with Kerry Logsdon. We both are from a town in Southern Indiana of about 23,000 people. I, myself, have never been detained and have a clean record other than a few seatbelt violations. You might say, “well, how can you support this if you do not come from experience with bad encounters?” My answer is simple. I come from experience in the sense that I can see the police state that our nation is in. If we do not stand up for ourselves, we will only be to blame in the end. If you take a closer look into our police force throughout the nation you can see the results (or lack there-of) of officers and other public officials not being held accountable for their actions. I understand people make mistakes, including officers, but when they do not face consequences as they should, we must take action.
If you are located in the Ohio Valley area, please support this movement and get involved. We would love to have you as part of the team.
