Will Greenfield, MA Bureaucrats Make Right to Pete Eyre & Ademo?

The evils of tyranny are rarely seen but by him who resists it. – John Hay

This is an overarching video that details the aggressive force used by Todd M. Dodge of the Greenfield, MA Police Department and his colleagues at the Franklin County Jail against Ademo (aka Adam Mueller) & Pete Eyre on July 1st, 2010 and the subsequent lack of accountability. Hopefully the content speaks for itself.

Please take a moment to help us seek accountability. Demand that they drop our charges and return our property. Ask them to do what’s right. After all, they have no more right to violate our rights than do those without badges.

The conduct of the Greenfield Police, District Attorney, and Judges, make it clear that they are just working hard to make life miserable for you guys. It’s a shame. Perhaps they had a problem with taking video of the jail lobby. As noted, it didn’t seem to be a problem before as there were no signs posted and no mention in the visitor guide. Has anyone ever asked, subpoenaed the Jail Facility asking for written evidence of this “no camera” rule? It seems like they were just making things up.

There is so much to be annoyed, irritated, and disappointed regarding the action of these government officials. There couldn’t be a better example of intimidation, ongoing harassment, and just plain meanness against law abiding citizens.

You fellows will prevail. Public opinion is on your side. Nothing these local yahoos have done reflects well on their community, families, or themselves.

Adam & Pete: Just saw the latest video and contacted the Recorder and the Mayor’s office. I haven’t called the police or DA yet, but plan on calling this week. Please keep us updated and our thoughts and prayers are with you!

    Dodge: “You’re safe, trust me…”
Pete: “We have 3 people with firearms yelling at us…”
Dodge: “No! you have 1 with a firearm”

Is one person with a firearm really enough to keep everybody safe?

everyone. Greenfield is a pit stop for people going up 91n to Vermont. They get a lot of threw traffic stopping to get food….lots of bussed.. tours.. I don’t think it wold be too hard to convince people to drive on and not stop in greenfield for fuel, food .
    boycott greenfield.

  • Great job, guys — I know you had a lot of footage and text to wrangle here, over a long period of time. I’d love to see this expanded with more interviews and commentary into a documentary when all’s said and done. You have a lot of great content here.

It’s clear by the end of this video that your tactics of representing yourselves respectfully but firmly in court is starting to pay off. You don’t have to be a lawyer to grasp the law, and even the judge is starting to come around to your irrefutable logic.

    m.k.e.

Adam & Pete I’ve watched the video and I have contacted the unemployment office and told them about both of you , let’s see if we can you guys a job.

  • Dick Snot

@ Dan….you are probably a douche bag cop……I’m glad these guys have made it their job to watch cop thugs like you. Finally the people are starting to stand up. Be afraid. Be very afraid.

Nobody is standing up “dick snot”. Nobody that matters anyway…

I’ve lived in Franklin County my whole life, in Greenfield itself for years. I come from a distinguished line of 60’s radicals and see signs of corruption everywhere, but you guys are off base this time. The Greenfield Police Department is not quite the tyrannical force you portray.
Let me ask you something. Why is it that people enjoy being confrontational with cops? I mean, the way I see it, someone “bad” has a gun, everyone runs and calls these guys-the only ones running towards what everyone else is running from. I mean, seriously, is it “ass licking” to speak respectfully to them, to anyone, for that matter? Why the belligerency? Anyone will respond negatively given enough provocation. Why are you obsessed with proving that cops are human, some dicks, maybe, but also good men, and bad, like any other profession. You seem to expect saints. Yeah, there are bad cops. Like, BAD. Not, just jerks to a couple of punks, but rotten, on the “take”, doing serious damage while you’re riling just some local cops that, I’d like to point out, enjoy the full and conscious support of the majority of the community. If you disagree, I am a brainwashed, sycophantic minion of the GPD. Look, any fool can rile someone. Why don’t you guys direct your considerable intellect to fighting real injustice?

BTW…..it is illegal in Massachusetts to film someone without their consent. Mass, and three other states. You probably should have checked out that law….just sayin’…
