Weinhaus supporter notes: “The law is supposed to protect Jeffrey”

April 8, 2013

Dear Editor,

Jeffrey Weinhaus wore a spywatch when at the pre-arranged meeting with Henry Folsom. That spywatch captured this frame of Folsom shooting him.

A friend in Salem, MO always asks, “Who polices the police?” In answer, I refer to Article I, Sections 1,2, & 3, Missouri Constitution which provides that the people are holders of the inherent political power, and we have the unalienable right to life, liberty, pursuit of happiness, and enjoyment of the gains of our own industry, and “to give security to these things is the principal office of government, and that when government does not confer this security, it fails in its chief design,” and we have “inherent, sole and exclusive right to regulate the internal government and police thereof, and to alter and abolish their constitution and form of government whenever they may deem it necessary to their safety and happiness…”.

What prompted me to write this letter is action taken against Jeffrey Weinhaus, a.k.a. “Bulletinman” by Missouri public servants in retaliation for Jeffrey’s rants made in accordance with, and by authority of Article I, Sections 1,2, & 3, Missouri Constitution which I learned about on www.copblock.org/jeffreyweinhaus. Jeffrey produced a video on youtube severely denouncing certain public servants, cursing them, telling them they were all fired, giving them 30 days to vacate their offices, or be subject to arrest and prosecution under the law, and, if found guilty of the charge of treason, would be executed.

According to reports, the governor’s office ordered MO Highway Patrol to investigate Jeffrey. Troopers went to Jeffrey’s home, somehow procured a search warrant, & confiscated Jeffrey’s computers, printers, cameras and other equipment used to publish his rants. Later, under admitted false pretenses, Trooper Folsom arranged to meet Jeffrey at a gas station purportedly to return Jeffrey’s seized equipment. The evidence on the above site shows Folsom deliberately set up an ambush to bushwack Jeffrey and shot him 4 times. Jeffrey miraculously survived the shooting, only to find himself being prosecuted by Franklin County PA, Robert Parks for allegedly attempting to assault Folsom and another Trooper.

Why was investigation initiated in the first place? To silence Jeffrey?

What crime did Jeffrey commit? It is not a crime to criticize public servants, or even to curse them and tell them they are fired and be held accountable under the law. Our King & Savior, Jesus Christ did the same!

The law is supposed to protect Jeffrey, not used against him! Who were the public servants “serving and protecting” by their militant coercive actions against Jeffrey? To cover up corruption? The answer is, themselves, not us.

It is clear massive political usurpation & corruption has occurred in Missouri. The Missouri Constitution is not a self-enforcing document. We each hold inherent God-given power, duty & responsibility to enforce it on insolent, disobedient public servant usurpers of our inherent political power over them. In Missouri, for the most part, the police, numerous non-productive parasitic paper shufflers & quisling pettifogger, shyster prosecutors and corrupt or incompetent judges monitor, control, regulate & tax us for their own benefit while fallaciously saying they “serve & protect” us.

It was George Washington who said “Government is not reason! It is not eloquence! It is force! Like fire, it is a dangerous servant or [if not carefully contained by the constitutions will become] a fearful master.” The senseless actions against Jeffrey, myself, and others provide evidence things are backwards in Missouri. In my case, Prosecutor Parks violated his oath, code of ethics, law, & rules of court to selectively, maliciously, vindictively prosecute, convict, sentence, & falsely imprison me for my harmless, peaceful political activism to silence me, senselessly costing my fellow Missourians hundreds of thousands of dollars.

Jeffrey Weinhaus recovering in the hospital after being shot by Folsom multiple times

The Missouri Highway Patrol, & some other police agencies have become predatory, plundering armed thugs, preying upon us rather than serving and protecting us. Much of Missouri government is being operated as a protection racket of legalized plunder & extortion using de facto regulatory revenue schemes, evolving into a socialist police state of fascist feudalism, ruled by the police gun in absolute despotism. This is “criminal syndicalism” defined as “organized terrorism” in Black’s Law Dictionary.

Like many of my fellow Missourians, I resent all the “safety check points,” radar traps, being under constant surveillance & systematically controlled, regulated, and deprived of our liberty, freedom, and responsible exercise thereof. We do not need all these predatory plundering parasites! So let us all police our public servants, downsize government, stop the usurpation & restore our Liberty & freedom!

David George Baugh

Editors note: the above was sent to a number of media outlets in Missouri. Weinhaus is slated to be in court on April 30th, 2013 and is now seeking funds to secure a lawyer. Even if Mr. Weinhaus is a fanatical nutcase wouldn’t you think that at the least authorities could have used their so called “training” and brought this to a more professional conclusion than meeting him where they did. This situation really smells bad. Accountability and liability certainly needs to be addressed here in all phases of this situation.

The judge and the officers have those same rights. Jeffrey has his right s to free speech Dan political “activism”. But rights have limits. Threatening to “execute” people isn’t protected speech. The judges doesn’t have to wait to be “executed”.
In the larger sense the Judge and officer have a requirement to protect society from the violence that Jeffrey embraced, practiced and called for.

@Greg: The officers did act professionally from everything known. Jefferies love of violence lead to what happened.

what a surprise, T. is utterly incorrect, again, and again, and again. its kind of fun to watch the trolls though.

Another bunch of criminals trying to protect criminals. That Weinhaus is going away for a long while. He showed up to be served a search warrant with a gun. The officers told him to go down to the ground. He said you will have to shoot me and he was shot. The audio tape has been edited so many times it sounds like a Care Bear movie. That idiot Weinhaus lost his computers because he made violent threats towards the government and the police. HE can sit in prison and make wedding vows to his new wife named Turk.

Speaking up and showing dissatifaction against public officals is perfectly fine. What Mr. Weinhaus said may be considered threats by some, but looking at the history of the two parties involved in the incident we can make our own assumptions. Everyone has a right to defend themselves, if the officer hadn’t lied to Weinhaus about the reason they were meeting up then this whole thing could have been avoided.

Weinhaus has no history of violence, and has for years spoken out against corruption in the government. Some of the things he says may seem threating, but only corrupt officials would be scared. He may have reached for his gun but only because the officer reached for his first. Remember he was lied to and told he was there to retrieve his computers, and the next thing he knows an officer is drawing down on him. I would be scared too.

The officer has used violence in the past and now again against Weinhaus. The officer pulled his gun on Weinhaus simply because he was legally carrying a firearm, and admits to it in his police statement. The officer felt scared of an individual legally carrying a gun, and got trigger happy.

The picture of the officer shooting Weinhaus is taken at an upward angle. This means that Weinhaus had his hands down. He could of been reaching for his holstered gun, but the only way to tell for sure is by video footage.

@anon: What am I wrong about there tough guy?

  • Common Sense

Jeff will have his day(s) in court, trial by jury as is his right.

    I say guilty.

Notice how activists and attorneys aren’t rushing to his aid? I think I know why.

  • slappy

Common Sense. You are correct. I don’t see anyone rushing to his aid as far as lawyers and activists are concerned. Weinhaus is a terrorist and he is where terrorists need to be.

  • rudy

He will have his day in court.Jeff will be proven to be the victim here.

t, it seems you are just defending your cronies too. I have known Jeff for years. He is a harmless man. Something is fishy here. Much needs to be discovered. I truly hope the truth comes out. Police are not immune from prosecution. I generally support the police, in fact, in my city we have some clear professionals, but you do understand that in all areas of life there are bad apples. May this not be one of them? perhaps?
