Ten Affidavits to Macon County Georgia Sheriff Charles Cannon

This is video and audio to evidence that we [parents] have provided the affirmed testimony regarding specific criminal actions occurring within Macon County Georgia 2012 and 2013. (The time indicated on the video is incorrect). Affidavits were delivered by parents to Sheriff Cannon on 7/19/2013 at around 11 AM.

The subject matter involves state-sponsored kidnapping and harming of our children and family, with absolute disregard for the laws written to protect us from this specific kind of abuse(s).
The short version of our story: Our son was kidnapped by Macon County DFCS with the assistance of armed individuals (including a Richmond County deputy) from the Doctors Hospital in Augusta, Georgia after we [parents] refused to consent to a medically non-exigent procedure known as a tetanus vaccination. We would not have cooperated with these people (hospital staff and DFCS) if multiple armed police/security had not threatened us. Heavily armed men have a way of producing cooperation. Don’t you agree?
Our son was returned to us 24 hours later, having sustained an injured wrist while in his captors’ custody. Thus far, three different Sheriffs have been uninterested in helping us determine who is responsible for harming our child. The paperwork just submitted asserts conspiracy to kidnap, kidnapping, terroristic threats, and impersonating a public official on the part of three attorneys, and DFCS workers.

Georgia is a “one-party” recording State insofar as “statute” is concerned. We are well within our inalienable rights to record all government and those presuming to be government actors. We will record all engagements with those presuming to be government. Expectation of privacy(on the part of the Sheriff or other “servants”) within the confines of a County jail would be a nullity.
