OKLAHOMA WOMAN FILES COMPLAINT ON COP, CHIEF THREATENS HER WITH CHARGES FOR COP BLOCK COMMENTS

On Aug. 15, Katherine Caples received a phone call from Ardmore Police Chief, Kevin Norris. Chief Norris stated that he had reviewed Miss Caples formal complaint that she turned in the day before against Ardmore Police Sgt. Brice Woolly. Chief Norris stated he found all allegations to be false. Chief Norris stated that Caples could be charged for filing a false complaint and that if the postings about this incident did not stop on the Facebook page Southern Oklahoma Cop Block, that APD would be coming after Miss Caples with more charges. Miss Caples called Cop Block crying this morning afraid to leave her own home in fear of retaliation from Ardmore Police Chief, Kevin Norris and his hired thugs.
Southern Oklahoma Cop Block called the Ardmore Police Department. Public Information Officer Ryan Hunnicutt informed us he did not consent to us recording the call.. Hunnicutt was informed that we did not care and that it was our right to record the call. Chief Kevin Norris isn’t answering his calls. Chief Kevin Norris will avoid Cop Block at all costs. “Dear Chief Norris,
My name is Katherine Caples and on July 9th, 2013 at approximately 1:00 to 1:30 p.m. multiple Ardmore Police officers arrived at my home located at 1008 B N.W. Upon Ardmore Police Department’s arrival, I answered the door and an unknown officer asked me if Aaron Lavers was at my residence. I told the officer “no sir.” The officer stated “Well, can we search your house?” I said I knew my rights and that they could not search my home without a warrant. At that point I began to shut the door. Then Sgt. Brice Woolly ran up from around the corner and kicked the door in hitting me in my skull with the door leaving me with a minor head injury. Sgt. Brice Woolly then Grabbed my neck from behind and dragged me outside of my home backwards. Dustin Ragland was also there. Darren Culley took me back into my home for a few moments and was playing the roll of the “good cop”. Sgt. Brice Woolly searched my home from top to bottom looking for Aaron Lavers by opening dresser drawers and taking photos of everything, without my consent. Sgt.Brice Woolly stated to me, “Fuck you bitch! What do you think about this? I hope you enjoy jail bitch. I’ve finally got you on something and you’re going back to prison.” I said ” for what?” Brice Woolly stated “Assault and Battery on a police officer”. I believe on July 9th my home was invaded by officer Brice Woolly and the APD, while assaulting me in the process. On top of all of all the terrorism involved, I was kidnapped from my home by these officers and caged like an animal for nothing. The officers put me in a patrol car with the windows up and 100+ degree heat. They left me there for an extended period of time. After being kidnapped from my home without warrant and put in the hot vehicle, I had to kick the window out for fresh air so I could remain alive. I literally thought I was going to have a heat stroke in the back of the hot patrol car. I am requesting an outside independent investigation into this incident. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.
