Street on Wisconsin Ave & Wells St

Video taken on 9/16/2013 on Wisconsin Ave between 3rd St and Wells St. in Milwaukee, WI.

I came out of the office (around 4:50 PM) to see this man screaming for help and several officers trying to subdue him. After he was, a few minutes later another guy simply approached the officers and tried to talk to them, then he ended up being handcuffed also. As you can see in the video, he talks to the camera and reveals his name, and tells us to take it to the news.

I have no idea what his offense was, but the tone was generally pretty upset.
