Jackbooted Cop Kicks Out Counter Protesters

The Brady Campaign was hosting a Candlelight Vigil for victims of gun violence. The Brady Campaign has used lies and threats to push their agenda to have guns in California banned, so after getting a message from Californians Opposing Gun Restrictions, I said I was going to go out and stage a counter protest. We had no time to prepare. Only 20 anti-gun people showed up and I was with another counter protester, Craig.

We were very peaceful and very respectful during the reading of over 1000 victims. A Capital CHP officer came over and said we needed to leave state property because we did not have a permit to be there to counter protest. He also threatened me with a misdemeanor for bringing my Gadsden Flag because it was on a pole.

I’ve been to many, many protests at this location and that was a flat out lie.
