More abuse by Escondido police

Escondido police are at it again.  A while back, they ticketed a checkpoint protester for absolutely no reason, except to harass. Then they possibly committed fraud by illegally failing to give notice of a checkpoint, then changing the dates on their website to reflect they had given notice. Most recently, they busted out the window of a car because the driver refused to roll down the window all the way (which he has a right to do). They had a valid license and were not intoxicated. The driver and passenger were both arrested for resisting, and pleaded not guilty (full story here).
