Frame by Frame: The Shooting of Jeffrey Weinhaus

On September 11th, 2012 Jeffrey Weinhaus was shot four times by Henry “HJ” Folsom, employed at the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

The bulk of the images below – 858 of 895 – are the frame-by-frame of the incident captured by the watch camera worn by Weinhaus on his left wrist. Note that the images display on this post in reverse order – if you scroll all the way down you’ll see a steering wheel, when Weinhaus was exiting his Subaru, with the last picture of the series showing gravel, when Weinhaus lay bleeding in the parking lot of the MFA Oil gas station parking lot in St. Clair, MO.

The remainder of the pictures – 37 of 895 – are of Weinhaus at Mercy Hospital in St. Louis, where he had been airlifted.
