Q: What happens when, in a city which currently has a cash-strapped local government and the lowest murder rate in almost forty years, the police may be forced to lower their budget?
A: They publish tasteless propaganda posters implying that your children will be the victims of violent crime.
After all, if there are no police around to ensure public safety, then who will protect you?
