Ohio Town Hall: US Congressman Orders Camera Confiscation

During a town hall meeting in North Avondale Ohio US Congressman Steve Chabot ordered all cameras be banned from the event, and those with cameras had them confiscated. Of course this order only applied to the many protesters who gathered at the meeting and not to the members of the mainstream media.

During the meeting one officer is filmed stealing the private property (a camera and a cell phone) from two peaceful constituents in attendance because they were filming. The police officer claims the rational behind the confiscation of the recording devices was “Security” and the protection of other constituents.
