A ten year old supposedly assaulted his teacher so the facility was put on lock-down and a man with a badge chased the boy and “fell” on him, causing injury.

From related coverage from WTHR on October 03, 2014:

Tracy Hamilton was called to the Focus Alternative School to pick up her 10-year-old son Kevin and found him bandaged up with injuries that reportedly happened as Fishers Police officers tried to get him under control.

“When I walked in, one of the officers was, like, ‘Well, do not be alarmed, he has a scratch’,” Hamilton said.
