Do You Have Your Chalk Ready?

Next weekend marks the first ever “National Chalk the Police Day” and though some have voice their concerns over the event (is it vandalism? Does freedom of speech include harmless chalk?) it’s shaping up to be a huge success. There are 14 scheduled events across the country from Manchester, NH to San Diego, CA.

It’s not too late to join in the fun

All you have to do is pick a public place (ie, park or police station) in your area and create a Facebook event – contact us so we can post it on Chalk The Police Day’s page. Other ways to par take in the event are to change your profile picture, invite friends to other events or share the video above.

Remember to have those cameras rolling and be SAFE! If you upload a video please let us know, we’ll be making an overview video from as much footage as we can gather. Thanks again everyone.
