Off-Duty Officer Fake Arrests 15 yr Old

In San Jose California an off duty police officer fake arrested a 15 yr old boy who he caught sleeping with his 14 yr old step daughter.  The off duty cop showed up to the 15 yr old’s residence in full uniform and on his police issued motorcycle.  He then lectured the child and placed him in handcuffs.  The police are now playing if off stating the parents (of the 15 yr old) asked the officer to ‘scare’ the boy.  The police are also saying that the parents should be grateful and stop playing the “blame game.”

Ah yes, we all need an officer, with a gun and handcuffs, to start scaring our children into compliance as soon as possible.
