Welcome to CopBlock.org “Shiny Badges Don’t Grant Extra Rights” page. Recently CopBlock.org badges were added to the CopBlock.org store, thanks to a partnership with ShinyBadges.com. Since the badges are individually numbered we thought it be a good idea to host a page that allows CopBlock.org Shiny Badge holders the ability to claim their badge.
Here’s how it works:
- Head over to CopBlock.org/store and order your “Shiny Badge.”
- After receiving your Badge take a photo of yourself with the badge.
- Join the CopBlock.org Badges Group on Facebook. Simply click here – you can join this group before getting a badge, or without one – its open.
- Post the pic of you and the badge. Myself (Ademo) or another CopBlocker will update this page accordingly.
*You do NOT have to use a legal name and may use an organization name. Picture doesn’t have to show your face but does have to show badge number.
Once a week I’ll update this page to reflect those who’ve come forward to claim their badges.

- Ian Freeman: “In Keene we have a bunch of CopBlockers, two-way radios, and even our own police cruiser – now badges! It is interesting how the badges mess with people’s heads. Plus, some of the court bailiffs are jealous. I am badge #5 cause I’m old school CopBlock and love to support this activism.”

- Tony Masessa: “I want to wear it as a conversation starter. People see it and ask if you’re a cop, or just take a closer look. Great way to educate the public on the cowardice nature of the police and why we don’t need them.”
- James Babb: “Who wouldn’t want to be a member of the badged class?”

- Ademo Freeman: “If everyone had a badge maybe people won’t fear them as much. After all, my badge doesn’t give me extra rights, maybe police can learn from others who have badges and that belief.”
- James Butler: “Shiny badges, amount of wealth, political stance, or status does not grant you extra rights.”

-
Marcel Gautreau: ” The badge is great because instead of telling people that badges don’t grant rights, you can just show them. I just wish I had a wallet that could hold it.”
