My name is Lauren Casper and I am the victim of the most horrific and life destroying crime at the hands of public officials in Carroll County Arkansas and Wake County North Carolina. I have irrefutable, beyond any shadow of a doubt, proof of evidence tampering/ falsification and the worst kinds of criminal public corruption but I can not get anyone to investigate the very obvious and easy to prove evidence I have. Help! Lauren Casper here, I'm in Central Regional Hospital in Butner North Carolina. I just spent the last 9 months in the Detention Center downtown in Raleigh. PLEASE GOOGLE SEARCH MY FULL NAME LAUREN GAY CASPER. I WAS ARRESTED IF YOU ARE NOT ALREADY AWARE, I HAVE BEEN REALLY ISOLATED AND LIED TO. I am on a laptop at Butner and everything is blocked on it. But if you google my full name I WAS ARRESTED NOV. 10, 2021 and have been incarcerated since then, and the news story documenting this comes right up. I just spent the last 9 months in the Detention Center downtown in Raleigh. The Hammond Rd. detention Center next to Central Prison.

Nowhere in the detainment areas had any windows. Its a cube of death, absolute sadism. Its new, built in the last decade. All the pods, they call them, are built with no windows and just the usual jail populations for 9 months you have no idea the courts and police how, the, I will document everything later but I am, they wouldn't let me go and the disgusting beyond criminal hypocritical behaviors with absolute criminal most disgusting insult malice and intent by the courts my court dates OMG, and police. No YOU HAVE NO IDEA.

I was put on a psychiatric hold by the courts, and for 5 of the 9 months, I am now just last Thursday out to Butner, Central Regional Hospital, but since March 2022 I was on lockdown again in a tiny 8 by 11ft cell only with 1 half hour a day and none on sundays out into the still windowless pod area. AGAIN with no windows in the cell and no windows in the PODS, the larger area. Absolutely tortured and boggled and lucky to be alive with these criminals OMG, Have you been calling? Are the your links and the evidence I sent out to everyone with I RECORDED THE ENTIRE BOTH THE ATTEMPTED ARREST VEHICULAR ARREST AND THEN THE NOV. 10, 2021 HOME INVASION ARREST and uploaded the entire thing until the last minutes. Are YOU STILL EVERYONE CALLING FOLLOWING THIS SAW THE ARREST? Are your links still working and all the evidence over the many years I collected and the case still up with this current arrest and attempted arrest I am being held on of Nov. 10, 2021?

I cant get to them everything is blocked on this computer at the Butner, NC State hospital Central Regional Hospital for forensic, you can do any amount of time here.Its our main like Arkansas State Mental Hospital forensic criminal psychiatric hospital out of the courts. I am have my own room and laptop now, but will be being moved yuck to another already coed I am thinking two person bedroom like the others unit, its ok now.

I had no warrant out for my arrest in Arkansas and they werent allowed to pit out a new one, But the local police WONT LET ME OUT or wouldnt drop the their charges only that I have, have had the whole time, NO CHARGES OR NEW CHARGES OUT OF ARKANSAS. I ONLY have charges from resisting arrest in NC NO others out of Arkansas only the higher resisting arrest driving away from the police charge and then the later drama rama at wow I recorded most disgusting police home invasion arrest got me a resisting arrest charge. I did nothing but not open the door and record and upload all of it until the last minutes. But I ONLY have charges for resisting arrest in NC NO others and out of Arkansas NO new charges were allowed and I HAD NO ACTIVE WARRANTS OUT OF ARKANSAS OR ANY ACTIVE WARRANTS ANYTHING SIGNED WE CAN FIGURE AT ALL ON NOV. 10, 2021 with this arrest just out of the blue they decided to really act up on the men perps throughout here for no reason and with no legal reason.

Arkansas had totally overturned, with all the work I had done here the warrant from 2018 and the closed case states rights had been changed in my favor and I had NO more probation in Arkansas. I had competed fully 5 years probation, I had of course, they arrested me wrongfully on my last probation office visit of 5 years of squeaky clean probation. The perps in Arkansas had called in that involuntary arrest commitment as an actual arrest which is why, as I recorded and everyone saw, they the local Wake County Police were at the door yada yada the night of and two weeks before, The actual police in the 2017 arrests and of course Sarah Whitaker Howard was a female police worker and did not arrest me was not the arresting officer and dhe was I think 15 ft away, ONLY male ONLY A MALE in full uniform was the arresting officer on Halloween 2017 and they were only arresting me on the warrant out signed in the courts wrongfully but for a involuntary psychiatric commitment arrest and evaluation. But so that police report was a misleading absolute lie again but and I was sober, as same as in all the pics I took, one drink with dinner many hours before and I was out with multiple people as the police, I still had all that situations contact numbers up for many many years and currently last I checked had to confirm all that was proven and written in stone beyond any shadow of a doubt I documented video and fully both times the Cary PD were at my door then and the night of Halloween 2017 and then oh randomly I was arrested they tried to pull a fast one nasty a bit. This of course is also THEY ONLY OTHER THAN THIS THINGS ON MY BACKGROUND CHECK for 20 YEARS. Also not one speeding ticket or car accident that was myself at fault. But there in 2017 when I was forced only to plea bargain out to the sole charge of resisting arrest.

ALL THAT WAS AND WHAT THAT WAS, was the perps in Arkansas could not stand that my 5 years of squeaky clean probation was due to be up in three months, all fines paid, sober, as nice cute law abiding, sane and competent went to every required everything passed every drug test and mental health evaluation up to that point as proven in the courts because eo avoid OFFICER FLEERS arrest for involuntary commitment warrant we got all the PRIOR TO THAT OMG EXPEDITION BACK TO ARKANSAS THESE MONSTERS but I HAD BEEN AT ALL GOVERNMENT HEALTH CLINICS I WAS STILL SEEING EVERY THREE MONTHS as I explained to our lawyer they use these mental health because they can interact arrest me for no crimes committed and it would just go to probation because no new crimes committed so I would go to Alliance Monarch have psychiatric evaluation and they would find me sane and competent then go for once a month then every three and then fulfilled requirement for PO because I was fine found sane and competent but finally they just forced through and these nasty perps here locally and in arkansas. BUT PRIOR TO 2018 expedition there is NO DOUBT the NEW Psychiatric evaluation we had just used sane and competent from Holly Hill Monarch I HAD NOTHING NO MENTAL HEALTH DIAGNOSIS PTSD thats it FOR SURE IN THAT CASE BUT? We think ITS ON THE EVIDENCE SITE AND HAVE CALLED DR. WANG HE SAID AT HOLLY HILL AND OTHERS NO SOMEONE CALLED IN A NEW EVALUATION ITS LOOPY AND THIS WOULD BE NORMAL SINCE 2016 is a WHILE AGO NOW.

But of course all that criminal nightmare was was the monsters perps in Arkansas couldnt stand my 5 years of squeaky clean probation being up in three months and managed to get a psych evaluation warrant signed in our courthouse here in Wake for actual arrest FOR NO OTHER REASON THAN REPORTING THEM AND THAT MY PROBATION WAS DUE TO BE UP.

Currently on this out of the blue Nov. 10, 2021 arrest THERE WAS NO WARRANT OUT OF ARKANSAS for my arrest or any warrant for my arrest out anywhere. The local police were arresting me for NO reason and now just will not drop the charges accrued during the attempted arrests wrongful arrests for no reason the most serious being driving away from the police when they told me to stop and the later nightmarish uploaded 2am to 3am violent on their part OMG home invasion arrest just got me a resisting arrest charge again.

OMG they have, the local police completely stolen my brand new 23,000$ fully paid off car and wont give it back to us. The local police OMG what criminal monsters highest and impound lot fees now into the $6000sands plus!! They want they are just vindictively and criminally are just low lifes from hell trying to after 9 months steal our brand new car. My father did something where it was enough in my name to steal!! because I drove away from them, and they towed it during the home invasion arrest and still have it and wont give it back.

But Mr. Criders active restraining order against himself by a woman for an assault and battery he plead guilty to in under 18 months prior as well as an the active restraining order for assault and battery he had terroristic threats and harassing communications on his active restraining order at the time of the assault and battery no argument on myself 2010 March 17 St. Patricks Day the only incident crime from which all this stems. and MS. Fisher it was the same similar a guilty plea to assault and battery and public intox of some sort by herself within 16 months prior and an outstanding failure to appear warrant active at the time for a DUI. And of course the pile of arrests and high on meth and heroine and everything else, they knew enough also as to VERY MUCH SO to make them very a criminal situation on the part of the Carroll County Courts at the time in 2010 and in the 12 years since. At one point according to all this and lawyers and work I've done while this is going on Mr. Crider was currently facing long term sexual predator charges and abuse of a minor and incarcerated and facing longer term incarceration. And had gotten more assault and battery and harassing communications and terroristic threats communications against women something about NO TRUE this we heard from hes been married and abused a long term girlfriends daughter badly its been 12 YEARS!!!! but he was accused of fishing and stalking and lying to women for women on the internet as I said and showed police his 12 years ago as his upbringing was upper middle class was very misleading. He had golf? on it Dave Mathews Band?

But so my squeaky clean and totally sane nice sober 5 years perfect legally probation requirements vs the above more assault and battery, sexual predator, drugs on women and children and something about he used the internet to offend again.

So THIS CLOSED CASE FROM HELL FROM 2010, so incredibly shady our Southern infrastructure was found in my favor, NO warrant post 2018 IN ARKANSAS, OVERTURNED NOT EXPIRED LOL OUR LOCAL POLICE WERE TELLING PEOPLE WHICH THEY KNOW and had been told multiple times every time I called and posted. and out of Arkansas no more interaction with myself anymore by anyone out of Carroll County Courts and No 5 more years probation for this case. It was OVER and DONE CLOSED CASE but they Arkansas governments would investigate wrongful action. It was DONE WITH out of Arkansas they said and no more probation i had completed perfectly 5 years of being investigated internally obviously wrongful probation for all sane people it was an embarassment to the max. The LOCAL courts here and the Wake County police were told this multiple time everytime they acted up.

SO! but they were supposed to repremand like the perps, investigate, fire, charge, prosecute, judges, police, lawyers and they were some actually demoted taken off all cases, semi fired and got vindictive and still though in power and very defunct power but very active and not higher authority to southern legal system wow no FACTS I WATCHED SENATOR NO JESSE HELMS documentary WATCH it just google it Senator NO Jesse Helms wow but but perps still very active in their courts 12 years later and calling into local courts police they good friends with the guy in the FOIA request evidence.
Oh they admit now that that is not MS. So then the local and their perp accomplices behind the scenes in Carroll County said they wanted me held until for a psychiatric commitment full evaluation here at Central Regional Hospital AKA BUTNER just like their friends in Arkansas had done on my return expedition probation violation for harassing communications. Its like Arkansas State Mental Hospital you could do a full Life sentence here if the courts and doctors decide. until th the doctors and court Wake county decides to let me go.

I am crazy talking reporting these men to everyone that got in trouble in Carroll and I believe locally just like they did before thats totally ok and we support the perps in this.

So I am, was just moved last thursday at Butner Central Regional Hospital.

Like after 9 months with no windows YOU HAVE NO IDEA THE HELL.

I was put on a psychiatric hold by the courts, and for 5 of the 9 months, I am now just last Thursday out to Butner, Central Regional Hospital, but since March 2022 I was on lockdown again in a tiny 8 by 11ft cell only with 1 half hour a day and none on sundays out into the still windowless pod area. AGAIN with no windows in the cell and no windows in the PODS, the larger area. Absolutely tortured and boggled and lucky to be alive with these criminals OMG, Have you been calling? Fisher it was the same similar a guilty plea to assault and battery and public intox of some sort by herself within 16 months prior and an outstanding failure to appear warrant active at the time for a DUI. And of course the pile of arrests and high on meth and heroine and everything else, they knew enough also as to VERY MUCH SO to make them very a criminal situation on the part of the Carroll County Courts at the time in 2010 and in the 12 years since. At one point according to all this and lawyers and work I've done while this is going on Mr. Crider was currently facing long term sexual predator charges and abuse of a minor and incarcerated and facing longer term incarceration. And had gotten more assault and battery and harassing communications and terroristic threats communications against women something about NO TRUE this we heard from hes been married and abused a long term girlfriends daughter badly its been 12 YEARS!!!! but he was accused of fishing and stalking and lying to women for women on the internet as I said and showed police his 12 years ago as his upbringing was upper middle class was very misleading. The LOCAL courts here and the Wake County police were told this multiple time everytime they acted up.
