This is an original WWII US Helmet liner. This is for the M-1 combat helmet. It is made by International Molded Plastics. I tried to get a picture of the dome marking, please see pictures. The suspension is dirty and the leather sweat band is still intact. This is in good condition for being 70+ years old. It may have been painted on the outside sometime while in service. We found a stash of these at a very old surplus yard so It has not been molested and has been in long term storage.Don't miss a nice original.
