Peruvian National Female Officer's Hat with metal badge secured to cap. Top of cap is dark blue fabric over a hard shell. Black visor is in excellent condition with no cracking. Interior of hat is in like new condition with green lush fabric. I believe it to be vintage but do now know the exact date of this hat. It has been displayed with care in a nonsmoking residence.
