Vintage Obsolete Pennsylvania Municipal Police Hat Badge - #103. i don't really know much about this piece since it was obtained at a public sale of the estate of the gentleman who was said to have been a municipal policeman for a small town in central PA. It is in nice condition as can be seen in the pictures with this listing.
