LaVoy Finicum Killed by Government Agents; Was It Justified?

The FBI is claiming that they shot him in self-defense and that he was using his right hand to try to draw a gun out of his left coat pocket. That is absolutely absurd. LaVoy’s guns were left at the compound and you can see his personal pistol in some of the videos after he was killed. He would not leave his own personal pistol behind at the refuge and take somebody else’s gun with him. One of the passengers from the vehicle says that he got out to try to keep the attention focused on him so that they would not shoot at the women in the vehicle. You can see him point at the vehicle before he is shot. This supports the story that he was warning them not to harm the women in the truck. When you watch the longer, unedited version you can see the authorities shoot up the vehicle – hitting it with about 100 bullets and shooting out the windshield – even though nobody in the vehicle had done ANYTHING aggressive in any way. I say that the FBI are LIARS. At no point did LaVoy try to harm anyone just like nobody in the truck tried to harm anyone. THESE FEDERAL MANIACS MUST BE BROUGHT TO JUSTICE.

From what it appears in the video, a subject got out of the white truck with their hands in the air. After taking a few steps that person, presumably LaVoy Finicum, was shot from behind by a man only a few feet away. It does seem that Finicum was going for his waistline or gun but it’s hard to blame him when dozens of men (including some in a helicopter) were following and pointing guns at him (and his friends) too.

Reagardless of whether Finicum was going for his gun, wanted to die or unarmed and defenseless. He said that Freedom was more important than his own life and this video shows what lengths government agents are willing to go through to get your compliance. FBI spokespersons have said that the bloodshed is on the hands of the occupiers but this video proves otherwise.
